1.16 Back Home

In the Fairy Tale World.

Mulan and Aurora had bound our wrists and were pulling us along behind their horses. We were in another world. I thought it was mine but not after Regina told us it was destroyed.

I asked confused "What is this place? It reminds me of home"

Mulan "Because it is . "

I froze.

We arrived at an island, which was populated by the remaining people that weren't effected by the dark curse.

They had set up a village-like encampment.

Emma "It's like they're refuges. "

Mulan got off the horse " We're survivors. "

Aurora walked over to us.

I kneeled her in the stomach and yelled " Emma, run! "

Emma ran and i followed her but i was stopped by the blade of Mulan's sword. Emma got caught by some guards.

I saw my reflection in the blade and glared at Mulan.

Mulan" Take them to the pit. "

We got thrown down into the dungeon.

I yelled up"son of a bitch!"

Then i looked at Emma who was struggling opening the ties around her wrists. I walked over to the little plants that were somehow able to grow in the dark and siphoned them. I burned the ties off my wrists and then did the same with Emma's.

Emma nodded "thank you"

Suddenly we heard a voice coming from the shadows "Do you need help? "

Emma eyed the person"Who are you? "

Voice " A friend. "

I breathed out shocked "no"

Cora stepped in to the light "My name's Cora."

I pushed Emma behind me "Emma, as bad as you think Regina is, this woman is worse. "

Cora smiled " Oh, Echo. Sweet Echo. Please... Believe me. Whatever she told you isn't true. I just want to help you."

Emma " Let's hear her out. "

i warned "Emma. "

Emma nodded " Okay. Right now, we are at the bottom of a hole with no other options. And Henry, is back in Storybrooke with Regina. "

Cora smiled " Who's Henry? "

I snapped at her "no one"

Emma "My son. I kind of share him with Regina. It's complicated. "

I shook my head " Don't talk to her. "

Suddenly a rope was let down into the pit by a guard " Enough! Our leader requests an audience."

We were being led by one of the guards through the village.

I asked annoyed " Why can't you just listen to me? "

Emma asked confused  "Why couldn't you have trusted me? I was just trying to find a way to get us home. I could've handled her. "

I asked amused "Cora? Don't be so sure. I've lived here, Emma. I know this world. And its dangerous."

Guard" Wait here."

Emma "Is that why you came through the portal? Because you thought I was helpless here? "
