When I woke up in the morning my head was pounding with a headache.

I rolled over and groaned "I'm never drinking again"

I tried to roll over again but an arm locked around my body and pulled my back into a hard chest.

Instantly, my eyes snapped open and I screamed completely forgetting that I had asked Xavier to stay with me last night.

In less than a blink of my eyes I was flipped onto my back with a body lying between my legs and a hand covering my mouth.

"Shhhh" Xavier's voice hushed into my ear.

"Oh shit it's you" I mumbled under his hand. "You can take your hand off now"

After removing his hand he complained "I'll never get back to sleep now ugh" he spat to himself.

"I'm sorry" I apologised.

"It's not your fault baby, not your fault" he said into my ear quietly.

My stomach growled loudly and I blushed a bright red in embarrassment. "I guess I'm hungry" I laughed out.

"Let's go feed that belly monster" he smirked and before I knew it he had lifted me up in his arms and we were out of my room.

He took long strides to get to the kitchen.

After he had set me down and made us pancakes and orange juice, he asked me what I wanted to do today.

"How about you show me around a little bit? You promised you would" I questioned quickly, unsure of what there actually was to do in the area.

"Yeah that sounds great baby, we will have breakfast then you can go and get ready" He softly started "and maybe after we can go out for a meal?"

"Of course, that sounds like a great idea" I replied happily.

After breakfast, I went upstairs and took some paracetamol for my headache and then jumped in the shower.

After washing my hair and body I was feeling much more refreshed so I got out of the shower and looked for something to wear so that my hair could air dry for a minute.

Knowing that we are going out for dinner after looking around town I picked out a long sleeve pink dress with a sleeveless grey coat and strapped sandals.

I decided to keep my makeup and hair natural and not take a bag because I only needed my phone and keys and I had pockets for them.

By the time I finished getting ready it was about noon and I knew Xavier was waiting for my to be ready so that we could go so I headed down to the foyer to wait.

After about 10 minutes he still hadn't showed up so I sent him a text to say I was waiting, just as it went through I looked up and saw him standing right in-front of me.

"Oh my gosh you gave me a fright" I gasped with my hand over my heart.

"Sorry" he winked down at me before reaching behind me to grab his long black coat. Today he was wearing a white dress shirt with a couple of buttons undone and the sleeves rolled to his elbows and some black slacks with dress shoes. His hair was messy and ruffled and he looked really casual.
