Ione POV

In the morning we wanted to get up early for a walk so we both set an alarm for 7 and aimed to leave the house by 9.

I headed straight from his room to mine to have a shower while he cooked breakfast. He insisted on this no matter how much I begged so I just decided to get on with getting ready for the day.

After my shower I put on some music and started to dry my hair, I decided to leave it down and natural again as well as my makeup.

Because we were only going for a walk to pick up his car and then coming back home for the day, I decided simply just to wear a white cropped jumper, black leggings and my white airforce.

By the time I was done breakfast was ready and Xavier was calling for me to come and get it.

Before I even got downstairs the sweet aroma of bacon, egg and cheesy beans on toast filled my nose and all of a sudden I was walking even faster.

"Smells great" I called out as I walked into the kitchen.

"I won't lie I had it ordered in from the cafe because I can't cook that well" Xavier chuckled.

"Don't worry I won't tell anyone your secret" I winked at him as I sat down.

"You look stunning" he complimented but I swatted his arm.

"Your a joker, I'm wearing my comfys today because we aren't really doing anything" I chuckled.

"Hmm I might have to do the same" he mumbled.

It didn't take him long to scoff down more food than me before heading off for his own shower and getting ready.

When he came back down about 45 minutes later he was wearing black jogging bottoms and a tight fitting white top with a matching hoodie to the jogging bottoms.

"You look stunning" I mocked him as I took him in.

"I know" he giggled all girly before turning fake serious "put a coat on please, we don't want you catching a cold now do we"

I faked annoyance and huffed but headed straight for the door, I knew he was joking because there is no way he thinks I'm gonna end up getting a cold in the middle of summer.

"Your such a comedian" I replied.

As soon as he had locked the door, his hand found its way to mine and we set of back into town.

By the time we got there it was about 10:30 because the hot weather was slowing us down. Especially since I put my jumper on, so we went to the cafe and grabbed some sandwiches and water to have in the car on the way home.

"What do you want to do for the rest of the day then?" I asked

"We can invite everyone round and have a movie day if you'd like?" He asked back.

As much as I'd rather it just be me and him, we were supposed to hang around with them yesterday before I ruined it so I wanted to say yeah.

"Yeah sounds great I'll text them all now" I replied, looking down at my phone.

"Okay they are all gonna come in about an hour, do we have snacks? Or should we stop off at the shop and pick some stuff up?" I asked because I genuinely cannot watch a movie without a feast.
