~Next Day~

Roland's Pov

I have been in wolf form for the couple hours, but I have no intention of turning back and going back to the Manor... Not until I kill him once and for all. I will not let Hidoshi get hurt because I can't kill my full past.

~Flashback~

It was right after they died and I was wondering around.
"Hello, my dear, why are you out here?" I had heard that voice before...
"Hello, uncle David, how are you?"
"That wasn't an answer to my question."
"You know, so why even ask?"
"I'm sorry for your losses."
"It was my fault, not yours."
"No, my son, it was not, now come on, it's time to go home."
"Yes, sir."

And that's how I met my first and worst enemy, my cousin.

Hidoshi's Pov

I wake up with another jolt, though it was from a nightmare this time. Cold sweat soaks my body and as I sit up the cold air smacks me. I've never turned the heater on in my room so I expect it to be cold. I shake my head and decide to take a shower.
After so I head down stairs and while on the front porch I decide to smoke my ass off since I have nothing better to do. While out there I see Roland in his wolf form just grazing around...

What the fuck are you doin' out there, bud?
Just wandering around, why?
And you're in my mind, again.
Not sorry, so how ya doin'?
Best I can, you know you can come into the Manor, right?
But... I don't wanna!

I roll my eyes and lock eyes with his wolf ones.

Did you just roll your eyes at me?

So, anyway! What was your dream, er, nightmare about?
The... The usual.
I'm... I'm still sorry.
You gonna come over to the porch or shall it be a good game of chase?

I put my cigarette out and stand up, stretching. I lock eyes with him again and smirk as he readies and I burst off at the fastest speed I can after hoping the railing of the porch with Roland obviously tailing me.

Roland's Pov

I know I shouldn't have, but I gave it a good game of chase. I almost caught him, but everytime he just makes it out of my...

Well, shoot, but I got him this time...

A new scent stops me, cool and in a sudden burst I'm in front of him growling and shifting.
"You are not welcome here."
"I don't really care. I came here for you and I'm not leaving until then."
"I will send you home in a body bag to our family or do you think that's a no good threat, cousin?"
"Oh, I believe you, but I don't think you want him to see it?"
"I don't care I should have killed you when I left."
"But you couldn't."
"I no longer care, you kill people therefore I have the right by our kind's law to kill you!"

Hidoshi's Pov

I run out of breath and stop, knowing I'll get pounced on and hopefully he won't go rogue and try to kill me. I stand up after catching my breath in slight confusion because he didn't launch himself at me, I didn't even hear running footsteps or anything.
Minutes pass and I get worried...

Did he lose the trail?

I turn around and from behind I get launched on top my stomach with him now in his human form, stradling me from behind, "Fuckin' really?!" I yelp.
"Yap, damn, you are comfy!" I says, chuckling and I just roll my eyes.
"That was fun! Up for a round two, Hidoshi?"
"Maybe if ya get yer ass off a' me!" I yelp and he stands up laughing and then helps me up.
"First, where the Hell did you go?!"
"I stalked your path." He says, it's a clear lie, but I chose to ignore that. I don't feel like prying and if he's hiding it, he has a good reason.
"Why, were you worried about me~?"
"No." I answer and stretch.
Then smirk.
Then burst off as fast as I can again with him once again tailing me, going for the round two he asked for.

Anything to make him smile.
