"Good morning My love, ready to have breakfast with me?" He said reaching out his hand
I took it but didn't give him any look. Both of us started to walk to his car. He opened the door for me and assisted me as I sit down.
He closed the door and moved to the other side. Obviously he's going to drive because there are only two seats.
After he entered the car and started the engine I couldn't think of anything my thoughts were blank.
Moments later we existed the campus gate. I didn't even know if he did not say where we already are
"is this true?" I asked as I let my eyes go wide while looking outside of the car window
"relax, everything outside is like what you see, except there are much more buildings" he explained. I couldn't relax and as he continued to drive I kept on asking what's the name of each building I see
"I'm not your tourist guide Eunsoo" he said making me chuckle "well it's your fault why I'm asking. Who told you it was a good idea to bring me out?" I said
He let out a 'Tsk' and rolled his eyes. I can't really think well I'm too overwhelmed by the sights I'm seeing. Tall buildings people walking like it's very safe. It was nothing like what I have expected.
"it might look dreamy to you, but it's awfully dangerous walking in the streets" he said. "what do you mean?" I asked "there's a high amount of mafias around the area, gangs also exists here. Once you've gone through an empty and dark street between tall buildings, it might be your end" he said
"how do you know that?" I asked "I'm in control of them. Remember" he raised an eyebrow. He looked away from me and to the road
The ride was long, we even get to cross a bridge. And that was my first time. I almost screamed but he stopped me. moments later we have arrived. It was a modern looking building with yellow lighting and chill music.
"Good morning sir and ms. Do you have any reservations?" a waitress asked "yes for mr. Jeon" he said.
"oh, ok. I'll take you to your table" she smiled as she turns around walking to a certain direction. Jungkook and I followed her upstairs. When we got to our table the view was so stunning. I could see each building from here and both of us were the only person eating here for now.
Jungkook pulled a chair out for me to sit. "stop acting like you're a gentleman" I said "stop messing the moment" he replied. After he assisted me. He sat across me and took the menu that was placed flat on top of the table
"what do you want to eat? He slowly lowered the menu to see me "I think it's better if you choose. Because you know what's good" I said. He nodded and ordered the meal
When the waiter have gone inside. I took the chance to ask him "why did you take me here?" at first he was not even planning to open his mouth. But I kept staring and made him talk
"I promised you I'd show you the outside world. Just happen to have the chance" he said. "boring" I replied
"do you want me to call this a date? Whatever if that's what you want" he said making me panic in my own position "no! No! I never said it like that"
"See, that's how you react when you're taken in the wrong way, yet you act like you want to be" He leaned back and sighed looking at me like I'm at fault.
The food came and both of us started eating. I didn't know why but seeing him eat makes me more hungrier. He looked at me and noticed I was staring then a smirk formed on his lips with one eyebrow up.
"what are you looking at?" he asked I rolled my eyes and continued eating. An hour had passed and both of us were done. We stood up and went to the edge looking at the buildings.
"how can you describe this experience?" he asked "amazing, the world looks different from what I imagined" I said leaning my hands onto my face.
Silence filled the place, not even a single noise. "you enjoyed it?" he asked "the fact that I had breakfast with you or the fact that I have finally seen the outside world?" I playfully said
"how about the fact that you had breakfast with me?" He chuckled "well, it was honestly boring" I said laughing "yeah, I could see that" he leans to the metal bars looking at me
"how about the fact that you have seen the outside world? Can you say something more than it's different from what you have imagined?" I averted my attention to the buildings
"for years I've been trying to guess all of these. I wanted to go see more than just my backyard garden and plain fields. Seeing new structures hearing new people, meeting new personalities, I owe them to you" I said
On the corner of my eye I can see him smile. Did my words satisfy him?
I was about to speak when the both of us heard footsteps. A tacking one. I turned to see who could it be. And to my surprise it was the same guy that saved me at the garden.
He looked different now. His black hair was down But wavy. He's wearing a white dress shirt complimented a red bunny crest on the right corner of his shirt.
"it's you" I said in shock
"have you met him already Eunsoo? Jeon Wonwoo" he paused as he walked towards the guy
"my older brother"
