Jungkook and I started early today, from dawn to noon we've been training nonstop. "can we rest already Jungkook? I'm getting really tired" I said panting with heavy breaths being audible.
"You haven't even win any spar, and now you're tired?" he said smirking and crossing his arms at me.
"excuse me Mr.Jeon but I'm a Lady with weak limbs. I can't do anything about it" I said. I know he doesn't like it when I whine and complain but I can't help it.
he rolled his eyes at me and nodded then he started waking away. "I'll get you water" he said. I'm really trying my best but now I'm starting to get guilty for stopping.
when he came back he was wearing a different shirt "you changed?" I asked "Obviously Sweetie I did" he replied.
I don't know why but my heart suddenly skipped a beat after hearing him say that. I know it doesn't mean anything to him but it certainly startled me.
"o-oh yeah, that wasn't supposed to be a question you know" I said looking away "right right" he said smirking
we continued again. but unlike before He wasn't even letting me hit him, even though it would not affect him he's still dodging my hits.
I Sighed and went faster but I only gained a smirk with all little chuckle. this guy is getting on nerves. I stopped with my hands on my knees.
"I'm done" I said panting "That was no fun." he replied "I'm tired, and I couldn't even get a single hit on you. it's pointless" I replied
"That way of thinking is so pathetic. how about this, be able to hit me once and I'll bring you outside again. we can visit any place you want. that is, if you can hit me" he said
when I heard that I suddenly felt energized like all of the pain in my body was suddenly not there anymore. what sorcery is this?
I rolled my hand to a fist and got ready. he's was standing in front of me with open arms and provoking me by raising one eyebrow.
I wanted to make that smirk from his face disappear badly. I wanna hit these crap out of him even though it's impossible. I don't know why I'm feeling this way.
just an hour ago my heart skipped a beat now I wanted to beat him to death. I tried so hard but I couldn't
"those hits were weak and slow, get it together" he said. I tried again after that but I tripped and fell down.
I opened my eyes to see Jungkook only an hour inch away from me. he was staring at me while I was staring at hin. he was about to move his face closer to mine,
when I suddenly punched him. this action made him stop and look at me with a 'seriously' look
I laughed and stood up making him sigh. "you won, let's go out after tomorrow's meeting. I'll just tell you" he said standing up and fixing himself.
it's kind of funny we got into this situation. but at least I won right? why do I feel frustrated?
just when we're all fixed the doors opened "ehem" we both looked at where the fake cough was coming from and it was from my Brother who is leaning at the door frame
"are you done? seems like someone here is looking for you" he said, he looks a bit annoyed and he crossed his arms
"hm? I'm not expecting to see anyone today, who is it?" Jungkook asked. and by that a girl with a ombre rose to red hair and short fit dress entered.
"I missed you" she said while looking at Jungkook "I don't, but it's good to hear from you, Ahra" he replied.
"I see you're with someone, hope you're not breaking your own rules" she said making Me confused
"none of your business Ahra, Please leave I'm not free today" when he said that she nodded while raising her Eyebrows "I see how it is now" and she left
"who was that?" I blurted without even thinking. "someone who you can never predict, and you must never trust" he replied
I looked down still thinking what could their connection be. but I suddenly got interrupted by Jungkook "Let's go rest now, I know you're tired" he said
Jungkook's Pov
After walking her to her room I proceeded to my own and decided to freshen up. the strong gush of warm water makes me feel like I am massaged. after dressing up I proceeded to my office just to see Mingyu there waiting for me.
"what's it this time?" I asked as it was on my way to my chair "Ahra wants to have a private conversation with you" he said "no, I don't want to." I said while flipping papers on my desk
"why not? is there something that happened to you before?" he asked "So much problems flooded me just by letting her into this place" I replied.
"like?" "she's my Brother's ex, wonder how they ended up like that?" I asked "how?" "she tried cheating on him with me. but I told Wonwoo, I wouldn't fall for someone who's loyalty is not to the person she committed to be with. besides I follow my rules" I replied
"really? that rules to not date anyone who's related with you in work? honestly I thought that was a joke, seriously, we have very attractive staffs here." he joked
"yup" I replied "does that mean you're not allowed to fall for my sister too, am I wrong?" he asked
"no you're not wrong"
"but I think I broke that rule when it comes to Eunsoo"
