Chapter 6 - A "Friendly" Visit

-HARITH-

Weeks had passed since my entrance test and I'm only waiting for the results of the test and Interview. Alucard Is preparing for breakfast as I have been drinking on some milk, since I'm part cat. I streched out and let off a small purr before smelling a beautiful aroma. What could it be? I went to the kitchen and saw Alucard cooking meat! Yes! Finally! It's been a long time since I haven't tried it.

"Hey Harith! You're up already, I bet you haven't tried this before!" he told me.

"I always want to have the opportunity to eat new food!" I replied.

He turned off the flames of the stove and transfered the
Sizzling dish into a plate, and garnished it with some leaves.

"Here you go! This is Steak. It's made out of beef and some special ingredients!" he told me. Then he gave me a fork and a knife."

I started to slice the tender beef and smoke started to came out of the dish. The aroma exploded all over my face as I sniffed it, making me hungrier. I took a bite on the small peice of meat in my fork.

"It tastes heavenly! Do you have ang rice to pair with this?" I told him. He laughed and brought me a kaldero (rice cooker) filled with cooked rice.

"Haha! I knew it. You can't eat a single meal without having rice." he told me.

"If you cook more stuff like this, I might empty a sack of rice in three days!" I replied.

"Well, Don't eat too much! I know a lot has happened to you, but don't deal with it by binge eating!" he said.

"What are you talking about?" I said smiling, I'm always like this.
And I continued eating, now with rice.

"Okay brother, I'll just go somewhere. Wash the dishes and keep the house clean. I have a guest comming later on so be on your best behavior." he told me.

"Okay!" I replied with a smile. I finished my meal and washed the dishes, cleaned the house, and went to sleep for a few minutes. When I woke up, I heard someone knock on the door. I opened it and I saw it was Harley.

"Well, well, well! Look who we have here! Alucard's maid and servant!" he said boastfully.

"What is your purpose here Harley?" I asked in ang annoyed tone. Out of all people who would appear in front of my door, it would be him.

"Step aside, I'm here to welcome Alucard's new brother into the kingdom." he told me.

"Well, if you are looking for him, then you are looking at the right person. I know you hate me but I will not dare day anything against you according to my brother's wish."

-HARLEY-

He? He's Alucard's new brother? How? Why? He's my mortal enemy! But, how is he always calm? It's like he's stopping his hatred on me. Let's take a look on this guy's history.

I suddenly threw a small bolt of lightning from my finger to his neck without him noticing. Then, what appeared to me was tremendous flashbacks. All of his memory were filled with hatred. And only one person mattered to him. But his memory about his childhood friend seen vague. He has forgotten her own name! Buti anyway, time to sabotage his life.

"Well, would you like some tea?" I asked him.

"Why certainly!" he replied. That's strange... A sudden change of behavior... Probably he had recognized me as Alucard's brother.

"Well, welcome to the kingdom! And how is Alucard treating you?" he asked.

"He's treating me fine. He actually saved my life." I said while bringing a tray of tea towards him."

-HARLEY-

I Hugged him, but for the sake of fulfilling my plan. While "endulging" myself from his warm embrace, I dropped a pill on his drink. And let go of him.

-HARITH-

"Don't be clingy.... I mean, you could let go of me now." he said to me and I let go.

"Now let's have some tea shall we?" I told him as I took my cup. We chatted for a while until the lunch bell rang. Harley suddenly left because he said that he had to take care of something. After saying goodbye, I closed the door and felt something in my head... I feel dizzy, until I dropped on the ground
