Chapter 38-VMA time!

AVA'S POV

I open my eyes and I get the headache I guessed was going to come. I squint and stick my hand out, shuffling around on my table till I find my black glasses. I put them on and open my eyes, seeing a whole lot better. I stuff my hair up in a bun.

"Ow, fuck...'' I mumble and slowly get up. My head pounds as I stuff my feet into my bunny slippers. I shuffle to the bathroom, get a pain killer and walk out. I trudge downstairs and I hear talking and laughing coming from the living room. I push the door open as I enter. Everyone stop their conversation. I squint and go to a nearby cup of water, put the tablet in my mouth, tilt my head back, swallow water and rub my face.

"Morning." someone says and I chuck my hand up instead of waving. I open my eyes and take in the room.

"Has this room changed?" my groggy voice asks.

"No, why?" Ash replies.

"I remember the walls being blue and white, now they're creme. And the glass furniture's now oak." I say and slump down on the sofa next to Luke.

"Oh, mum refurbished it while you were away." he tells me.

"Ok... I need food, can someone make me some?" I ask.

"Sure." Red smiles and gets up and heads to the kitchen. I frown.

"She's learnt how to cook." Emily informs me.

I nod. "Can someone put on adventure time please?" I pout and wave towards the remote and the disc case on the oak table in front of me. Calum jumps up and inserts the disc in.

"Its adventure time,

Cmon grab your friends,

We'll go to very distant lands,

With Jake the dog and Finn the human,

The fun will never end its adventure time!" I mumble and kick my legs up instead of dancing.

"That bad huh?" Luke asks.

I nod and pull on a blanket. I shiver but throw it off. I then moan and pull it back on before kicking it off again.

"What's wrong?" Ash asks.

"I'm hot, then I'm cold." I say.

"Here's food." Red hands me a plate with a bacon sani on it.

"Thanks." And I devour it in under ten seconds.

Everyone's mouths hang open. I look up.

"Hey, I've been in a coma for a week, I need food." I tell them.

We turn back to the TV and watch adventure time.

"I'm fine." I tell Luke and walk into my room with him behind me.

"You sure? We don't have to g-"

"I'm fine." I cut him off and take off my dressing gown, showing my PJ shorts and T-shirt.

"Ok, are you getting ready NOW?" Luke asks.

"Yep. I would start an hour later but everything will take a little longer." I say.

"Ok, I'm going to the guys, bye." he tells me and we kiss before Luke walks out the room.

I heavily sigh and take my hair out, clothes off and jump in the shower. After I get into a dressing gown I wash my face, shave my legs and brush my teeth. I call the girls and I ask Red to dye my hair blonde. After a lot of persuasion, Red applies the blonde colour. 40 minutes later, I have blonde hair.
