Jimin sat bolt upright when he woke up from an odd dream. Weirdly enough, he didn't even remember what happened as soon as he woke up. The boy went to stand up out of bed but it was then that he realized that he was in an unfamiliar bed. This one had much darker sheets than his own bright room.
He stood up and peaked out of the window to his right. Jimin saw his balcony just to left and sighed in relief. At least he was in Yoongi's apartment and not some strangers. But his sore body made him wonder what happened last night because it was all a blur.
"You're awake?"
Jimin jumped and quickly turned on his heels, "U-um yeah."
"How are you feeling?" Yoongi asked.
"Sore."
"That's a given after last night," Yoongi said, "Come out here, I made breakfast."
"I don't think I should stay," Jimin said, "I have to go to work."
"I called Hoseok and told him you wouldn't be coming to work today."
"Oh."
Jimin slowly followed behind the older, wondering just what in the fuck happened last night. Sure, Jimin found Yoongi attractive, but doing that would be moving way too fast for him. Especially if he didn't remember one minute of it.
Yoongi sat two plates of crepes on the kitchen island and a bowl of strawberries next to them. "I didn't know if you liked strawberries or not so I didn't put them on," Yoongi said, "But if you don't like crepes-."
"Yoongi, what kind of person would I be if I didn't like crepes?" Jimin smiled and sat on a stool, "Thank you by the way."
"No problem." Yoongi took a seat on the stool right next to Jimin, "So what were you doing last night that made you pass out."
"I passed out?" Jimin asked with a mouthful of strawberries and whipped creme.
Yoongi raised an eyebrow, "I brought you here because you passed out in the hallway. Why else would you be in my apartment? Why did you think you were in my apartment?"
Jimin blushed and kept eating, making Yoongi smirk at him.
"Jimin I really didn't know you thought that way about anyone... let alone me."
Jimin squealed and hit Yoongi's bicep, "Shut up you rat. I do not!"
"Mmmhm."
Jimin went back to eating as he looked around the apartment. The boy explained that it was probably because it was his first day back to work and that he'd stayed late. He saw that Yoongi had a piano sitting in the living room instead of a television. As soon as he was done eating, Jimin put his plate in the sink and went to look at it while Yoongi was texting someone.
The older was done eating a second later and noticed Jimin's interest in the piano. He was surprised, but also found it kind of adorable because of how Jimin was so cautious not to hurt the large instrument.
"Have you ever played before?"
Jimin looked up at Yoongi with a faint blush still brushed on his cheek bones. "No," he said, "But I've always loved the sound of them."
Yoongi sat on the bench and lifted the key cover out of his way, "What's your favorite song to hear on piano?"
"Nocturne," Jimin breathed deeply as Yoongi immediately started playing that song. It made Jimin wonder how many songs Yoongi had memorized.
Jimin closed his eyes and leaned against the side of the piano as he listened to Yoongi's beautiful playing. He knew that the older was good- but he never knew he was this amazing. The stupid ballet song that Jimin had heard him play so many times didn't really showcase Yoongi's talent.
The song lasted around five minutes until Yoongi stopped. Jimin smiled like he'd just been given a million bucks.
"Was I that good? You look coked out, Jimin," Yoongi chuckled.
"I've never heard someone make an instrument sound so pretty."
The front door flying open interrupted the conversation that the two were having. Jimin was scared to say the least, when Jin came walking in like he owned the place.
"Jimin," Jin's face lightened up, "You're alive."
"Yeah?"
"I'm gonna kidnap you for the day. We have a lot to talk about since you've been ignoring me for the past week and a half."
Jimin sighed, "But-."
"No buts," Jin said as he grabbed Jimin's arm, "Thank you Yoongi for taking care of him."
"I look like trash," Jimin whined when they stepped into the hallway.
Jin rolled his eyes, "I'll allow you half an hour to shower and change."
