The day came much quicker than Jimin wanted it to. Sure, he was excited, but he was also really nervous. He didn't even understand why he was so nervous. Yoongi obviously only thought of him as a friend and nothing else. Jimin had spent the whole week working and doing his best to avoid Yoongi. For some reason he thought it would be awkward seeing the other.

But, alas, the time had come for Jimin to get ready for his... night out(?) with Yoongi. Jimin decided to wear the birthday outfit he'd gotten when he was out with Tae. When else would he wear it anyway? After he put on the clothes, he put on the accessories. Yet again a black choker and some silver earrings.

Yoongi had perfect timing because as soon as Jimin was ready to go, there was a knock on the door. Jimin walked slowly, trying to calm himself. When it was opened all the way Yoongi smiled slightly at him.

"You ready?"

Jimin nodded, "Let me just grab my phone quick."

Jimin left Yoongi at the door as he ran back into the bathroom to get his cellphone. The boy shoved it into his back pocket before also checking he had his keys.

"Sorry about that," Jimin said as he went back to his friend. He closed the door and locked it.

"Don't worry, Ji. It's fine," Yoongi said.

Yoongi led him out of the apartment building and to where his car was parked in the lot. The older opened the passenger door for him which made Jimin's heart do a tiny flip as he thanked Yoongi. After that, the drive was silent and slightly awkward but it was probably just in Jimin's head. Yoongi decided to turn the radio on as they drove to their destination. He didn't plan anything super fancy and he hoped Jimin wouldn't mind that.

Jimin happily followed Yoongi inside when they got to the Sunset Winery. He'd never been there before but Jimin had always wanted to go. Now he finally was thanks to Yoongi.

Once again, Yoongi opened the door for him and they stepped inside. They were the only two customers there. "I'm sorry it's not anything super fancy for your birthday," the older apologized, "But they do have killer desserts here so I hope that makes up for it."

Jimin smiled and giggled, "I honestly don't like super fancy places. They make me feel inferior."

"Thank god," Yoongi chuckled, "What would you like?"

Jimin looked at the overhead menu for a second. Then he spoke to the cashier, "Strawberry cheesecake and a glass of Cabernet Franc Ice."

The lady then looked at the other male. "I'll have the same thing," Yoongi said as he pulled out his wallet to pay. Before he could pay though, the worker had to check both of their id's to make sure they were of age to purchase alcohol.

Once everything was settled and they received their food, Jimin and Yoongi went to the rooftop to watch the sunset. That's why the establishment was called the Sunset Winery. Because they built it with a nice balcony perfect for viewing sunsets or watching the stars.

"Thank you for this," Jimin said.

Yoongi looked up at him, "You're welcome."

Jimin immediately started eating his cheesecake. Jimin loved the dessert and he hadn't had it in forever. It made Yoongi laugh a little at how excited the younger got about it.

Yoongi and Jimin went back home after spending a while at the winery. Neither of them had had enough alcohol to even be buzzed, but Jimin did feel warm inside. Whether it was from the wine or from Yoongi's presence he'd never tell.

Jimin got his apartment door unlocked and looked at Yoongi, "Thanks again. I had a lot of fun."

"You've thanked me a million times Jimin."

"I know," he blushed, "I just-." Jimin paused, not knowing what to say. He looked up just for his and Yoongi's eyes to lock. Jimin blushed and couldn't help but to think about kissing Yoongi. Instead, he hesitated for a second but then gave the taller guy a hug. Yoongi hugged back, making Jimin smile.

"Goodnight Ji."

"Night night Yoongs."
