I had to come up with a story to tell my aunt. I am going to tell her that I am going to the library. No that would be suspicious, I have never placed my foot in a library before. Okay maybe once, but I don't like the library it is too quiet for me. Okay, so the library is out.
Mmm I know I am going to tell her that I am visiting my cousin. It was a cousin from my stepfather's side. Yeah, that's it. Ooh, clever me. I just hope she doesn't suspect anything.
After thinking the excuse I got up so I could quickly finish cleaning. When I was done she was sitting on the couch watching tv. ( Okay, Fulfilment get yourself together girl. Put your game face on).
Eeh , aunt my cousin precious wants me to come visit her. She says she wants to take me out.
"Oh and you are telling me this now".
Its because she just called me now saying that she misses me.
"Are you done with cleaning?"
Yes, aunt. I tried to be as respectful and formal as I can because usually, my aunt likes to say I don't have respect just because I don't let her control me as much as she wants to.
"Why didn't she call me".
I don't know, I guess she doesn't have your number.
"Mmm, you can go but you have come back today".
Okay aunt , thank you. Let me go bathe.
Getting into the bathroom I did my happy dance, ivosho. Okay, Fulfilment get a hold of yourself. I took a 10 minutes bath. That was the quickest bath I ever took. Usually, I take a long time when bathing but today no. I made sure I quickly got dressed. I just wanted to see myself out of the house. I was scared she was going to change her mind. She can be something else sometimes. I received a text from Lucky. " I am on my way. You should wait for me at the Shoprite. I hope you are done and getting out of the house because I am close".
I quickly grabbed my bag .I got out of the room. Okay, I am going now aunt.
Okay , greet Presh for me. Ask her why she doesn't come to visit us.
