Y/N pov
I followed Neji to wherever he wanted me to go. After walking for a while we ended up at the hospital.

"Neji, you may not believe me but I'm fine." "We aren't here to see if you're alright." Confused I continued to follow Neji.

"Y/N!" That's all I heard before I was tackled into a hug. "I was worried for you. But I knew you'd win."

"Naruto get off." He quickly jumped off me and headed back over to stand with Kakashi.

"So what are you and our Sensei doing?" "We're here to see Sasuke. Sakuras already in his room though." Oh. Of course.

I turned to look at Neji. He told me he needed a minute so I went to Lees room after checking in with reception.

When I got into his room he sat staring blankly at a wall.

"Hey Lee. Are you okay?" "No." I had never heard Lee so. Defeated before. I walked over and sat next to him on the bed, grabbing his right hand.

"It's okay Lee-" He cut me off before I could finish. "But it is not Y/N. The doctors said I would never be able to train again. My left arm and leg are shattered. If I can not train I can not become a great ninja. I have disappointed not only myself but those around me."

"You haven't disappointed me, Lee. Or Gui Sensei. You should be proud. When Gaara came out of any other fight there wasn't a scratch on him. You were the first person to ever hit Gaara. The boy with the "Ultimate Denfense". You did amazing. Besides the doctors could also be wrong. Now give me a hug and show me one of those precious smiles I love." He complied and leaned into my embrace with a smile. We stayed like hat until a knock sounded on the door.

We pulled away as the door opened and in cane the rest of team Gui. I followed Neji out the door with Gui and Tenten stayed with Lee.

Neji abruptly pushed me into someone. I looked up and saw Kakashi Sensei. When I looked back to fuss at Neji he was gone.

"You'll be training with whoever you'd like or you can train with Naruto or not at all I don't care."

"Why are you so mad at me Sensei? It was just a jutsu." "Just a jutsu Y/N don't you get- never mind you'll find out when you're older. Just be careful and no more fox chakra got it?" "Yes Sensei."

Time skip

Y/N pov
This stupid chakra control. How am I supposed to WALK on water. I knew training with Ebisu Sensei was a mistake.

With that thought I walked away. Naruto and Ebisu Sensei yelled at me telling me to come back but I didn't listen.

I walked into a small, wooden building. It seemed sort of like an eating area. While there I saw this old man with long white hair and a large toad.

He spotted me and gave me a wink. "Hey good lookin. How are you?" "You perv I'm underage! Who do you think you are?"

"Woah Woah. Slow down there, little one. Okay so now back up I'm sorry. Also I think I'm the Legendary Sanin, The Toad Sage, Jiraiya!"

What did he say The legendary Sanin. Jiraiya.

"Wait so you're The Jiraiya?" "Yeah?" Oh my gosh. I'm going to die.

"Well I'm Y/N Uzumaki! I'm going to be a legendary sanin one day!" "You think you're going to be Sanin. From what I saw you don't even have enough chakra control to walk on water." "It's cause the other Senseis not great."

"He's not, is he? What did he tell you to do?" "He say to just use your chakra and walk." "Mmm. Come here."

With that he walked out onto the water. "Well? I said come here." I tried to walk out to him but just fell into the water.

He let out a laugh. "You say you're going to be a Sanin. Please. Not like that you're not. You should give up now." "Excuse me! I never give up on my dreams. I'm going to prove it I am going to be a Sanin. I'm going to be better than you. Believe it!"

"Then prove it. Your dreams are nothing but dreams if there's no proof that you can make them reality." Who does he think he is telling me my dreams aren't a reality. I'll show him. I'm going to walk across this pond and strangle him.

With that I got up and shakily walked to Jiraiya using lots of chakra and concentration. "Ha. Good job! Now come show me that joke of a Sensei then."

"Wait hold on you go find him and I'm going to sit here for a moment." "Um okay?" With that I walked off to find Ebisu Sensei.

Jiraiya pov
Heh. That girls good. She's got a lot of chakra. She wants to be a Sanin though. I think she could do it though. She's got a temper like Tsunade so maybe they'd get along. If anyone could find her.

She got walking on water a lot faster than I would have thought. Who is his joke of a Sensei that she hadn't already got it?

I told her to show me this Sensei but on the way there I saw a women's bath house. I have to conduct my research so I sat down telling her to go on and find her Sensei.

While I was sitting there some guy with tinted glasses asked me what I was doing peeking in a women's bath house. He then preceded to tell me he would take me down for that.

     I summoned my toad and flattened him like a pancake. Then Y/N and some blonde boy came up to the man I flattened.

     "Well I guess you found him." Wait. This fraud was her Sensei.

     "Well at least he's not my real Sensei. You flattened him like a pancake." Hey that's what I thought.

     She's right that it's a good thing he's not her actually Sensei. That would be a tragedy.

     "Wait. What. Why did you flatten my Sensei I have to train.!"

     "This is Jiraiya the legendary sanin, Naruto." Neither one of them knew who I was.

     "She's right. I am the one and only."

     "Thank goodness." "Excuse me little one." She just gave me a bright smile making me wish what she said earlier about being underage was untrue.
