Y/N's POV:

For the first time, I saw his left eye and the skin around it.

The eye was light blue and slightly glossed over. It appeared to be half-blind or something, if that kind of thing even exists but the more important thing was the skin around the eye.

It was a deep, burnt red colour and it looked like well... it wasn't a natural mark or something. Something had hurt him badly to give him that marking.

He looked at the ground, his expression that of fear as he covered up the left side of his face with his arm.

"D-don't... Stop stairing at me!" He stuttered, his body now shaking violently.

"He's suffering from hyperthermia and from being over heated at the exact same time! I... I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO COMBAT THIS!" Kirishima panicked, pulling on his spikey red hair.

I had no idea what to do... Why did the water boil? I thought his quirk was ice! Was it just his body temperature? I know he's warmer then the average person but to boil a hole lake is just insane! Is... is there something he's not telling me? Does it have anything to do with that marking? His half and half hair? I... I need to do something! But what? Does it matter? He's alive at least! I... I....

I opened up my bag in search of litterally anything that could be considered usefull. I found a roll of bandages...I- I guess it'll have to do.

I sat down in front of him and unrolled the bandage a little.

"Hey.. I'm not looking." I said, trying to stay calm.

I shut my eyes and tried to place the bandage roll over his left eye. After he realised what I was doing, he took the roll out of my hands and started to wrap it round his head himself.

"Kirishima, Bakugo, do either of you have anything to help dry him up?" I asked, standing up and facing away from Todoroki before opening my eyes again.

They both nodded. Katsuki opened up his back pack and pulled out a small blanket while Eijiro flew to a different part of the cave, returning with a bunch of rags.

They both handed the stuff to me and I asked Shoto if he needed any help drying off. Still shaking, he agreed.

3RD Person POV:

Bakugo and Kirishima left Y/N to help Todoroki, choosing to go sit on a rock by the lake.

Katsuki took this as an oppertunity to scowl at the gaurdian for punching him.

"Yeah, sorry for hitting you so hard. I wasn't ment to hurt any bystanders." Kiri laughed, streaching out his wings behind him.

"What do you mean bystanders. What's Y/N doing here anyway?" Bakugo asked or rather more demanded,

"You don't know? Huh. Well... you see, the world's ending." The gaurdian said without really considering his choice of words.

"WHAT?!" Katsuki tensed up in immediate fear.

"No, no, not like 'end' end. The Nothing's gaining more power and the village gaurdians are starting to loose there battles against the No-ones. Todoroki and Y/N were chosen by the traveler's gaurdian and her village's gaurdian to prevent this." Kiri explained the hole situation to Y/N's old friend, him often interupting to point out how dumb everything was.

"So why of all people did they choose Y/N? She's got nothing to do with any of this!" He shouted, entering a sort of 'big brother' mode,

"The second half of the map was entrusted with Izuku, the gaurdian of her village. From what he's told me, Y/N was the most wreckless and adventurous out of all the people remaining in there. Apparently, there were no other option."

Bakugo huffed and folded his arms, "Man, why'd he have to put her in danger like that? Stupid Deku."

"Who?"

"SHUT UP! I NEVER SAID I WAS TALKING TO YOU!"

They both sat there in an awkward silence for a second or two, The spikey pomeranian baring his teeth and the magical shark stairing back with a tiny look panic.

Y/N's POV:

"So.... Who is that?" Todoroki asked, pointing over at Bakugo,

"He's my child hood friend. I didn't think I'd ever see him again so I kind of freaked out. I'm sorry, I ruined everything." I sighed, trying to put on a brave face.

This was my chance and I blew it. I just had to go and be stupid. Because of me, Todoroki had to deal with it all on his own and now he's hurt. I couldn't stop blaming myself for him getting soaked.

I felt my eyes stinging a little. So far I've been a crappy friend. I've only been a hinderance to him.

"Don't blame yourself Y/N." Todoroki muttered, taking the cloth out of my hands, "You only got destracted. It's my fault I fell in the water anyway."

He pulled off one of his boots and let the water pour out of it.

"I guess I should probably explain about the water boiling."

I nodded, "I you don't mind."
