Mystery Luke (Luke Brooks fanfic)

Chapter 3

After waiting patiently mum and Callum were released from the Hospital. Callum, mum and myself walked down the stairs to the waiting room to see Casey, Laney, Sophie, Luke, my Aunty and Uncle, and my nan and pop. "Hey" I said as I walked up to my nan and gave her a big hug. I was really close with my nan so she understood everything and felt my pain. She went and hugged my mum and Callum, along with everyone else. I walked over to Casey and hugged her. "Thanks" I whispered in her ear. I looked at Sophie and Laney and smiled and shook my head at them. "You okay?" Sophie said wrapping her arms around me. "Yeah I'm fine" I said. I looked at Laney. She didn't like touching other people so obviously she wasn't a hugger. I tilted my head and smiled at her. She closed her eyes and shook her head in disbelief. She hugged me awquardly and patted my back. "There, there" was all she said.

I saw luke sitting in the corner with his head to the ground. I went and sat next to him, he didn't look up he just sat there. I looked at Laney who had her thumbs up at me and nodding her head. I shook my head at her and put my attention back to Luke. "Thanks a lot for coming and seeing me" I said softly. "It's alright" he said playing with his hands. "What's up?" I asked. "We haven't talked for ages, since the incident. And now I just show up being all caring and you probably don't want me here" he said quickly not giving me chance to talk.

"No Luke wait" I said after he stood up. "Let's catch up" I said. He looked at me with wide eyes. "Really?". I smiled and nodded as i looked into his beautiful hazel eyes that always took me to another world. "I'll drive you home?" Luke asked. "I should probably spend some time with my family but I'll text you soon". "Sorry I shouldn't of asked" he said looking back to the floor. "No it's just I really need to see them and stuff" i said softly. "I understand" he finished.

~ONE WEEK LATER~

I winded down the window and the breeze hit my face. I felt free and happy at the same time. I looked over at luke and saw him smiling at me. He turned on the radio and a song that sounded familiar came on. It was STWOF. I looked at luke and saw him smirking once again. I smiled as I looked out the front window as the song began. "Hey you know me, I could skip the beat in your heart, Oh oh oh oh" luke sang. "I know you told me, don't come around or else we'll get caught" I sang. "Your mumma she don't like me, your brother wanna fight me but you know you just wanna have fun" Luke sang quite beautifully. "I'm not tryin to hurt you, forget about your curfew" I said. "We gonna set this world on fire" we sang in Sinc. "We're stepping out tonight, ain't got nothing to loose, we're gonna set this world on fire, you know we keep it jumping when we break all the rules, we gonna set this world on fire" we both sang as loud as we could until we got into Lukes driveway. We both began laughing as the car came to a stop and the radio turned off. I laid my head on the seat and looked out the front window. "Wanna come to my place?" I asked luke. "Sure" he replied.

I got the spare key from under the mat and opened the door placing the key on the table. Luke followed me inside as I sat down on the lounge. "You have a nice house" Luke said sitting next to me. "Thanks" I said fake smiling. "Come with me" I said pulling his arm as I headed towards the back door. I swing it open and the sun blinded us both as our eyes adjusted to the sun. We sat beside the pool on our double swing. It was beautiful, it was white and baby pink with vines rapped all the way from the top to the bottom. "Woah" luke said. "You have a really nice house AND garden" he finished. "Aha thanks" I repeated. "So what happened to us?" He asked. "Well I guess after I started going out with jake we stopped talking" I said fiddling with my shirt. "I was just jealous Jess, I had always liked you more than a best friend but I never thought you liked me that way" he spoke. "Im sorry I never knew, but going out with jake was a mistake, he's an arse and I regret every moment I spent with him" 

Since luke hadn't seen the house I decided to give him a tour. I entered first with Luke following behind me. I showed him all the rooms but saved mine for last. I sat down on my bed as he shut the door behind him and took in all the colourfulness. "Woah" he said as he looked around my room. "Its bright isnt it?" I asked. "It sure is, but i will get used to it" she smiled. I chuckled at him and made my way over to my dvd cabinet with all my movies in it. "Wanna watch a movie?" I asked. Luke crawled and knelt beside me with his arm draped over my shoulder. "Ummm" he sounded running his finger up and down the piles of half disney half romance movies. "This one" he said pointing to The Fault In Our Stars. "I know it's your favourite" Luke said smiling. I put the movie into the dvd player and Luke and i lay on my bed together. The previews started and Luke began to talk. "Dont make fun of me but i love this movie, i mean i didn't cry when i first watched it but got very emotional" he said looking me dead in the eyes. "This is just like old times" i said smiling. He wrapped his arm around me once again as Hazel came onto the screen.

The movie finished quite a while ago and Luke and i had just been talking about practically everything. "Is your favourite colour still turquoise?" He asked. "Obviously" I said reffering to my walls. He laughed and i just stared at him. That sexy laugh, those beautiful hazel eyes, his great personality, his amazing looks. How could i not fall for him before. Why am i so blind. I snapped back to reality noticing he was laughing at me and staring back at me, mimicking me. I rolled onto my back and laughed my ass off. We both couldn't stop laughing. To make matters worse i fell off the bed. Luke pulled me back up. He was in a very awkward position. He was hovering over me. His knees each side of me and his hands either side of me head. We looked each other in the eyes again ( which was a habit of ours).

"Your amazing" Luke whispered. "You know i am" i said in a posh accent. I laughed at my own comment and in the middle of my laughing fit i felt something hit my lips. I opened my eyes to see Luke with his eyes shut and his lips on mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck. He picked me up with my legs wrapped around his waist. He put me against the shut door and kissed me passionately. I felt him smile half way through our romantic movie scene. "What are you smiling about?" I asked as he kissed my neck. He stopped and looked up at me as i was still wrapped around him like a spider and he spoke and said "i have waited so long to do that" he said smirking.

We put another movie which was Bad Neighbours and when there was a sex scene i saw Luke look at me in the corner of my eye. I looked down to see his pants rising in the genital area. "LUKE!" I yelled hitting his arm. "What?!"  he said moving his legs back and forth on top of the covers like he was horizontal running. I hit his arm again and put my attention back to the movie. Half way through the movie I pulled the covers over Luke and myself because i was cold. I turned to face Luke and he done the same. "Do you want me to go?" Luke whispered. I shook my head and shut my eyes. I felt Luke kiss my forehead and with that i fell asleep next to the man of my dreams.
