'I was involved in a car accident when i was little. I lost my vocal cord and my parents passed away.' Jasmine wrote. They were both on the train and seated down comfortably. Ivy who read the memo widened her eyes as she bowed her head. "I'm so sorry to hear that." Ivy said , feeling guilty.

Jasmine held Ivy's shoulder , making Ivy look at her. "It's okay." Jasmine mouthed. Ivy smiled upon seeing Jasmine's actions. "I lost my father too when I was 3." Ivy explained after sitting up straight. "I never knew what he looks like , what his hobbies were , i never knew anything about him." Ivy giggled.

"Isn't that weird?" Ivy asked as Jasmine shook her head no. 'It's not weird. I'm also sorry for your loss.' Jasmine wrote. "It's a long time ago. And he's about the same as a stranger to me. I couldn't imagine your pain since you remember both of their faces. You must've missed them." Ivy said. 'I do miss them but they wouldn't want me to be sad' Jasmine wrote. 'This is my stop. see you tomorrow !' Jasmine gestured once the train stopped. "Oh , this is your stop ? Okay , good bye Jasmine !" Ivy waved as Jasmine went out of the train.

"She's so strong...I wish i was her." Ivy chuckled.

"I'm home." Ivy said quietly. "Why are you home so late?" A woman asked strictly. "..." Ivy didn't answer as she knew that her mom was in a drunk state. "You weren't dancing were you?" Her mom asked. "...I was dancing." Ivy admitted. "I'm surprised you can still dance after the surgery. You're very lucky you weren't paralyzed. Though , i wish you would be paralyzed." Her mother scoffed. "Paying someone to hit me with a car, you're such a horrible mother." Ivy chuckled bitterly.

A slap came across Ivy's cheek which she felt stinging onto her pale skin. "You don't press opinions about me! It's your fault your father dies. I hate you !" Her mother yelled. "What did I do?!" Ivy yelled back.

"If only you weren't with him that day , he didn't have to protect you but protect himself !" Her mother yelled again. "How is that my fault you immature slut?! Even after dad dies, you sleep with other men endlessly !" Ivy shot back holding her tears whilst hiding her fear. She had enough of it. She wanted it to end just at that moment.

"How dare you !" Her mother gasped as she held Ivy's hand harshly , digging her long , sharp nails onto her skin making blood flow from the wound. "Ivy winced in pain as she tried to escape from her mother's grip.

"s-stop that." Ivy said squirming. "Then listen to me, You should never , EVER dance again you disgrace." Her mother said. "Don't tell me what to do , Old hag." Ivy smirked. Her mother widened her eyes and slapped Ivy a second time making her fall to the ground. "you should be grateful that i'm still allowing you to sleep here. What an ungrateful child."

"I'd rather sleep on the clean streets than be here." Ivy said. "Fine then ! Get out of my house !" Her mother screamed. Ivy took her school bag and left the house with no where to go.

"ah shoot...i should've stayed until tomorrow."
