"Jasmine !" A girl shouted as she opened the door making Jasmine startle. 'you came back.' Jasmine mouthed as Ivy walked to the girl. "Of course i did. What are you trying to play now?" Ivy asked as Jasmine pointed to the sheet music. "Claire...de lune, Claude Debussy. Oh ! I know this piece !" Ivy said as her eyes sparkle.
'can you play it?' Jasmine showed her memo as Ivy shook her head no. "Can I hear you play it?" Ivy asked as Jasmine nodded and started playing the melody.
It was a very simple piece yet it was very touching to hear. Even Jasmine looked like she was very much enjoying the piece herself. Ivy was calm herself. The tension from the studies earlier was finally lifted up by ease.
As the piece ended, Jasmine flutter her eyes open and clapped. "That was amazing , Jasmine." Ivy said as Jasmine bowed shyly. 'no one has ever complemented me before except for my aunt.' Jasmine wrote.
"really? How come?" Ivy asked. 'i don't really have any friends..' Jasmine wrote again.
"Then , I can be your friend !" Ivy smiled. "Do you want to?" Jasmine mouthed, too lazy to write the notes. "Of course i do ! you're an amazing pianist ! I'm sure you're an amazing person too !" Ivy complemented making Jasmine giggle silently.
"thank..you." Jasmine mouthed again smiling.
