Chapter 16

Jack p.o.v.

"Okay sis looks like your stuck with us. So what do you wanna do first? Rides or games?" I say putting my arm around her waist.

"Games." She says shyly as she moves away from me.

Something is going on she is being distant with us. Ever since she went to the therapist she has been acting different. I know now how she feels but she shouldn't push us away.

I don't really know how to feel but for now im going to leave it alone. I want everyone to have fun tonight with no drama.

Arthur p.o.v.

I wonder what made her so upset earlier. I wish she would open up to us more. It breaks my heart seeing her so upset.

"Penny for your thoughts bro?" Mike asks me as him and Steven walk with me.

"I just wish she would talk to us more. She broke down earlier and I really wanna know why. Ever since coming home from the therapist she hasn't been herself. But now we know alittle on how she feels. But I feel like there is more to it than what she said at the ice cream shop." I sigh looking at her as she wraps her arms around her stomach and walks infront of me making sure she was far enough ahead not to hear me.

"How about later tonight when we get home. We all talk to her. Just us guys and her." Steven says as I nod.

I know tonight is going to be horrible because she is going to have to tell us what is going on. Hoping we don't push her away in the process.

Rose p.o.v.

Smiling as I watch all the boys playing games and winning me prizes. I start to shiver at the cold weather. Snow was on the ground but cleared out for the carnival. Jack hands me his sweater as I slide it on. It falls alittle past my knees. He is always looking out for me.

Wrapping my arms around Jack's waist he smiles down at me. "You okay kiddo?" He asks crossing his arms infront of him.

"Yes JJ. Im just really cold." I smile shivering. I need to hide my emotions from the boys before they catch on to what is happening in my head.

"Lets ride a few more rides then and head home. Its getting colder out and I don't want you or the boys to get sick." He says as I nod holding his hand in mine.

Steven and Jace went to go put my prizes in the car. We ended the fun night with riding on the Ferris wheel. Everyone but Jack and I did the bumper cars. The impact would hurt to much. All the guys kept taking pictures of me which made me feel weird at first. I know I wanted to ride on the pirate ship ride that swings back and forth.

I got scared once we were all on the ride. Alex and Shawn held my hands which made the fear go away. I laughed and giggled the whole ride.

For once I forgot about everything in the world. Spending tonight with the boys made me truly happy. But even so all happiness must come to an end.

Finally it was time to head home. Nick was already asleep in the limo laying on Jasons lap. Mom looked like she was going to pass out as well.

Reaching home Jason took Nick and put him to bed. After that him and mom gave me kisses and went upstairs to bed. I could tell both of them were exhausted because they had bags under their eyes.

Heading up to my room the guys were following me. Each one had the prizes in their hands which made me smile. Reaching my room I lay on my bed as Mike closes my door.

"Listen Rose we need to talk." Max says sitting on my bed.

"Yeah, I know." I say turning away with my back to them.
