You looked up at Kageyama with tears still rolling down your cheeks.

"So you're still screed shitless of the ball huh?" He said as he helped you up.

You nodded and we're still shaky.
"Sorry I didn't mean to cry like a child." You said as you wiped away your tears.

"You don't have to be, some people just need to be careful." He said as he glared at Noya and Tanaka. They both sighed and bowed to you.

"We are both very sorry (l/n)-chan we didn't know you were afraid!" They looked at you.

You sighed and smiled. "It's fine you didn't know."

"Hachi-san I'll walk (y/n) home tonight ok." Kageyama said and looked at you.

Toka nodded and shot you a thumbs up and walked home with Hinata.

"Let's go then, can you walk on your own?" He asked with a soft tone.

"Yeah I can, I'm just a little shaky." You smiled.

"Here." He put his arm out for you to grab. You looked at him and shyly grabbed on to him with a blush.

" So how long are your parents leaving you here (y/n)?"

"They want me to go to school here for their business. So I'll finish high school here and college, the only reason I went to the states was to learn English." You sighed.

"Ah, don't you think it's kinda terrible (y/n)? That your parents use you how they want because you're an only child." He said sadly.

"Well my family is important Tobi I have to keep the reputation high." You sighed. "I do however agree with you, I hate being tossed around I just wanna be here. I love Japan and I never want to leave again."

"Makes me happy to hear that." He smiled.

You felt your heart skip a beat since Tobio never smiled like that before.

"Thank you for walking me home Tobi." You smile.

" No prob, here" he took off his volleyball jacket and put it on you. "It's kind of chilly out." He smiled and walked off.

You were there confused and surrounded by the smell of Kageyama. You shivered with excitement and ran into you building. "Wow it's really roomy or maybe it's just because he's so tall." You giggled and fixed your self up for bed.

*Saturday*

"Crap I never gave Tobi back his jacket after he walked me home a couple of days ago." You thought to yourself as you walked out of your house and to the cafe where you would be studying English.

You walked in to see only Tobio and Hinata were there glaring at each other.

"You two need some friendship counciling." You said and sat down in front of Tobio with a small laugh.

"Like hell I would never be friends with this dingus." Tobio said with some annoyance in his tone.

"Well I didn't wanna be your friend anyways troll face." Hinata said as he stuck his tongue out at him.

You sighed as you heard a familiar chuckle. "So this is where you weebs study." Tukishima said with a playful smirk.

"Ugh Tukki why are you here?" You sigh.

"I came to make sure you don't get scared by another ball. Just kidding I was looking for cake." He yawned.

"Ah well go get some then." You frowned.

"Ok ok, do you want anything? Since I'm already going up there." He asked you.

"Sure an iced vanilla latte sounds good." You smiled

He nodded and walked to the counter to order.

"Wait so (f/n)-chan what do your parents do?" Asked a curious Hinata.

"My father is the CEO of a major trading company that's stationed here in Japan and my mother is in charge of sales." You say nervously.

"Woah so you're a rich kid!" Hinata said with sparkles in his eyes.

"Uh well I don't really care for money." You say with a sigh.

"Hinata you made her feel uncomfortable say sorry." Tobio said and elbowed Hinata.

"Oh! I'm sorry (f/n)-chan I didn't mean anything by it." He said quickly.

"It's fine really." You smile.

"I'm back, woah what did I miss why do you look sad (f/n)?" Tukishima said with worry in his tone.

"Hinata made her uncomfortable." Tobio said while he glared at Hinata.

"Oh I should have known it was Hinata." Tukishima said with an eye roll and handed you your drink. You smiled and drank your drink.

"Oh by the way Hachi-san said she can't make it because she was called to set up and help early with practice. I ran into her on my search for cake." Tukishima said as he ate his last bite.

"You waited until now to tell us? You are such a dingus Tukki." You sighed.

He shrugged and yawned. You grabbed you bag and took out Tobio's jacket. You blushed and hand it to him.
"Thank you for letting me borrow it I washed it too. "

He looked at you then the jacket and took it and put it on. "Thanks (f/n)."

You smiled and got up. "Well I should go and check on Hachi." You smile.

"We can all walk there together!" Hinata said smiling.

With that all 4 of you walked to the highschool. But before you went in Tobio stopped you.

"I just wanted to say thanks for washing my jacket again, also don't let people make you uncomfortable ok." He pat your shoulder. "Another thing before we go in I wanted to know if you want to go see the new lion king with me tomorrow?" He blushed slightly.

Your eyes sparkled. "Really? Ya I would love to." You smile.

"Cool, see you tomorrow then." He smiled and walked into the gym.

All you could think about was the fact that Tobio Kageyama just asked you on a date. You finished your drink up and sat on the outside bench and started reading. "Glad he remembered me" you thought to yourself.
