"Clara, are you alright?" asked the confused Water Mage as she noticed tears sliping out of the corner of her eyes.
Clara chuckled but Juvia could still hear the pain in her laugh.
She wanted to apologize to Juvia, take the spell back but it was too late now.
"No, I am sorry Juvia. I am so-" She stopped in the middsentence as she suddenly felt something. Her eyes widdened from the powerful strength she sensed. "What is that?"
"This magic power." Juvia had turned around to the door. She could feel it too. "They are coming." Clara stood up and took Juvias hand, "Quickly!"
"What..." Clara suddenly pushed her on the floor and sygnalized to get behind the bed. "Have you not dealt with the rest of those people?" asked Juvia confused.
"Not entirely," sighed Clara as she leaned on the bed frame. She hoped that they wouldn't be noticed by the other mages.
"This could be our chance," meant Juvia as she rose a little bit to get a better look, "Let's take them out!"
"No! They are too powerful. We can't deal alone with them, let's just ugh-"
"They wanted to take the person you love, don't you want to at least stand up to them?" Juvia interrupted her.
Clara was not able to give a reply as the door opening interrupted their converstation. "Shh," Clara rose one finger to her mouth.
"This must be the infirmary", Juvia heard a male voice.
"Yeah, it is this girl from before," a familiar voice sighed. It was that dark haired man. "Hope she will get out of this," he muttered faint enough for Juvia to hear.
Something boiled up in the blue haired girl. Hope she gets out? It was their fault...
"We have to go, this girl has to be in some different room." A female voice spoke this time.
"After we deal with Clara, we are going straight after Juvia. We have been here too long anyway," said the dark haired man again.
At this point she heard three different voices but by the noises she could make out, there had to be definetly more people inside. She crouched down and looked from under the bed. She noticed through the small gap about five pairs of feet. All of those people radiated intense Magic Power.
She gulped and moved closer to Clara.
"Why are they after us? First Candy, now this?" asked Juvia in a faint whisper.
Clara sighed, "We can't just sit here, they will find us!"
"Can you distract them somehow?" she asked the blue haired Mage. "Yes. For a short moment, what are you planning?"
"I'll use my Magic to set them into a short Illusion. They will think they are in some dark room. It's enough for us to run and find Mother."
"Alright. On three."
The two girls looked at eachother. Juvias eyes mirrored her fighting spirit and Clara felt guilty again.
She wondered what drive her... Why Juvia had attacked Candy in the first place...
"One..."
Maybe she was fighting for something important to her...
"Two..."
Are we important to her now?... she seems to care about us.
"Three"
"Water Slicer!"
