Congratulations LJ Pt.2

Next day

LJ and I woke up and I'm going to take him out for breakfast. We decided to go to House of Pancakes. We sat down and ordered our food. "So, I start school in the Fall and I will stay on campus because it's football season and I will get out late for practice." I nodded, "Well you already know when you feel like it, you can spend the night at my house." He shook his head, "I think I will officially move in sophomore year." I smiled, "My door is always open for you." Our food came and we ate. We drove back to the hotel and started preparing ourselves for the day.

I'm sitting in the bleachers enjoying the moment. "Our next graduate an honors student, 4.0 GPA, Forever a Falcon Athlete Landon Smith" I jumped up and screamed. LJ took a picture with the principal then hit the whip dance. His classmates yelling "Whip! Ayyyee!" I hit the dance too.

I finally found my brother. "Congratulations!" As I gave him a hug, "Thank you!" "I'm so proud of you and I'm even more excited that you will be moving to LA with me" he smiled, "Yeeeaah! I can't wait. Were you sitting with Mom?" "Nahh I sat by myself" he laughed, "You really don't fuck with people." "The less people you fuck with, the less your feelings get hurt and more shit you get done." He shook his head and said "I feel that." "Imma go say wassup to the principal and you go find mom and all that." "Coo"

LJ just finished getting ready. He put on the jersey I bought him, dark blue jeans, and the red suede Jordan 5's I bought. "Take pictures of me" I laughed. I took his iPhone and snapped like 20 pictures. "Ok! I'm done conceited." He laughed, "I'm not conceited, I just know I'm handsome." I giggled. "You right! You right!" He grabbed his keys and wallet. I handed him his phone. "Im bout to go turn up now." I laughed, "Have fun and be careful." "Fasho!"

LJ didn't get home till about 2am. I'm happy he had fun. I'm so proud of him. I didn't want to wake him up so I took a taxi to the cemetery. I put flowers on my brother's grave. I laid down in the grass and looked up into the sky like I always do. I just wanted to feel his presences. I called a cab to come and I said a prayer plus talked to Lang. The taxi driver called me so I got up and walked to the car.

I walked into the hotel room and LJ was up on his phone. "Good Afternoon" he replied saying "GM fam where you been ?" I rolled my eyes, "I went to go see Lang." He nodded, "I thought so." "I leave in 2 hrs." He nodded, " I remember. I'm ready when you are." We ordered food from the hotel kitchen as I started to pack up.

We pulled up to the airport. I grabbed my stuff and said good bye. "I had a great weekend. I'm so proud of you and Congratulations again" he smirked, "Thank you! 'Preciate it!" We hugged and I walked off.
