Savannah's P.O.V.

"So lovers united huh? And now you know everything how he sacrificed his love for your safety," Gio said coming closer to the both of us step by step but he was hiding something behind his back.

"Listen Gio, I was going to tell her to say away after this last meet up I swear." Blaze said getting up from beside me "This was the last time I swear."

"You've said that a bunch of times Blaze, maybe it's time you see what happens when you go back on a deal with me."

I immediately got up from the couch "Why are you doing this? What do you have against me?"

He chuckled punching Blaze's shoulder lightly "Your girl asks a lot of questions doesn't she?"
Blaze forced a smile on his face looking at him.

"Well if you must know I have nothing thing against you Sweetheart, I just need you to back off a little bit. I don't want to hurt you, but I might teach Blaze here a little lesson for disobeying me for the third time. You know you bring the rebel out of him." He said tightly gripped Blaze's hand

"Look, I don't understand what you want or why you are doing this but don't you see that us being together makes him happy? He told me you saved his life and I will be forever grateful for that but holding it over his head isn't right."

Blaze looked towards me trying to get me to shut up but I wouldn't not today "You separated us, for what? For money? Fame? Power? What Gio?"

"I don't have to answer to you Savannah, all I know is that I own him and you can't do anything about it other than staying away from him if you want his safety and your own."

"She will, I swear." Blaze said budding into the conversation "She will stay away from me I promise you that."

I look over at him confused shaking my head at him "Why are you so scared of him?"

"FOR YOUR SAFETY!!" Blaze shouted overwhelmed with emotions "Why can't you understand that you are being selfish Savy, so selfish. I need you to get out of my house so you can stay safe but you won't understand that because you want happiness that will bring a whole bucket of complications with it. Give up we won't win."

My eyes were filled with tears "You are not weak Charming. You are brave, strong and a fighter who will keep getting back up that's why he pushes you around. When you were alone before he came, the world was falling apart around you but you found strength and managed to stay alive, didn't you? You broke your own heart to protect me, you don't know the definition of giving up Charming... It isn't in your blood to back down. So why are you backing down now?"

"Before it was just me, I had nothing to lose, now I have you and I have everything to lose."

"This is getting too sappy for me, I just came here as a warning. I see you around him again, he won't be let off easy Sweetheart. Say your goodbyes today." Gio said walking out of the penthouse "Oh yeah, you have another fight tonight don't forget."

As soon as he left, I broke down in tears "B-Blaze, please don't leave me. I love you."

He immediately came over to me pulling me into a hug "I know, I love you too. But I guess that's not enough."

"Then what can we do, to make it enough?"

He pulled me into his lap gently playing with my hair "Let's just forget everything for tonight and be together like we use to be. We'll deal with all of this tomorrow."

Cuddling into his lap I lay my head on his chest, "Your hearts beating so fast."

Blaze laughs "That only happens around you."
"Can we stay like this for a while?"

He lays down on the couch pulling me with him, laying on top of him "I wouldn't have any other way."

My head was resting against his chest still, so I layed there just listening to the rhythm of his heart, slowly lulling me to sleep.

Flashback
"Savy, babe get up, we have to get to school." I groaned cuddling into Cage a little more

"Since when did you care about getting to school on time?" He chuckled wrapping his arm around me

"Since when did you not care about getting to school on time?"

"Cage, please shut up. I'm tired and want to sleep."

"Did I wear you out last night?"

I lazily bought my hand up to hit him but it was quickly caught by him "No, need to be feisty about it. Just stay I'm telling the truth."

"You were the one who wanted to stay up all night to do a marathon of Marvel Movies so don't make it sound dirty."

Cage smiled down at me "Come on, open your eyes I wanna see those beautiful brown eyes"

I slowly open my eyes blinking a bit to adjust to the light coming from the window "Your heart is the most perfect rhythm to fall asleep too."

He laughed "Why thank you, my lady."
"I love you Charming."

He moved a piece of hair out of my face "I love you too Savy, more than you can ever know."

End Of Flashback

I wake up to the sound of Blaze's heart, causing a smile to form on my face, I loved or still love waking up and going to sleep to the sound of his heart. Its music to my ears the perfect type. Carefully I lift my head resting it on my chin on his chest and admire him, just like I use to do.

Everything that is going on in our life right now is so fucked up, everything is so complicated and against us being together. But I won't let it win, I won't let Gio win. Not after finally having him back in my life, finally knowing the truth, but there's still something bugging me it still seems like he's hiding something from me. Something he's too scared to tell me, but what?

Blaze's P.O.V

I know she's awake, I can hear the wheels turning in her head, I'm glad she found out that the only reason I left was to protect her but I know she knows that I'm still hiding something from her. I can't tell her because if I do, her whole world will fall apart and I can't risk losing her again.

She can never know that I know who killed her mother and that I was the last person who talked to her. This secret can never be out not if I want her to stay with me.

Before I can even think about that I need to talk to her father, I saw the bruises on her today and he will stop if he wants to live. He killed her mom, I won't let him kill her.
