"What the hell?!" Ella screamed at me.
"H-he came after me!" I stuttered, shocked.
"Who?"
"Jared."
"That dork, again!" she growled ferociously and then headed of to the hedges.
"No, no, no, somebody else has taken care of him, I think."
"Uhhh," she stuttered, "the only person strong enough to deal with him is-"
"Me," A dark voice boomed from the exit of the hedge.
"Uh-oh," Ella whispered, and then straightened up her back, "hi, Alpha Marcus."
I looked over to see a tall figure. Raven wing black hair tousled on top of his head and emerald eyes looking deeply into me.
"She is even more beautiful in person."
"Ummm," Ella began before he cut her off with a growl. He held out his hand for me and I gripped it.
"Alpha Marcus, dearest," he said sweetly.
"Ky-."
"I know your name," he interrupted.
"Ella, get her ready for tonight, I don't want to even SMELL his scent on her later," he threatened.
"Y-ye-yes s-sir-sir, she muttered.
He lifted his nose and stalked away.
"Let's go," Ella said tensely, grabbing my arm and leading me back to my room.
