I woke up at seven in the ungodly morning and I groaned, before reaching out and sliding the cancel button. I rolled out of bed and let myself just fall to the ground. I laid there, contemplating if I had to get up when Yoongi flashed through my mind. I jumped up and ran into my bathroom to watch up.
Now my actions may seem to be hinting at something, but don't get ahead of yourself just yet. I won't lie, I'm excited to get to know him after the whole tension thing at the cafe yesterday, but I wanted to know why he was so surprised when I called Jin 'Jin' and when I told him he made me coffee. My phone pinged and I continued to brush my teeth with one hand while opening the text in the other.
"Coffee this morning? :)"
I smiled and spat out my toothpaste, rinsing my mouth before replying.
"Not unless you can make it a to-go... I have to teach a class this morning."
"What time?"
"Eight-thirty."
"Can you make it here by seven forty-five?"
I paused and looked at the clock, "Probably."
"What do you want?"
"Surprise me Jinnie."
"...okay."
I giggled at his shyness and continued getting ready, getting dressed into a pair of black leggings with a mesh stripe down the side of my leg and a pale purple long sleeve shirt that ended at the back of my knees.
Throwing on my favorite tennis shoes, and throwing my hair up into a reckless bun, I snatched up my dance bag. Glancing inside I smiled to see that I had remembered to pack it last night before I crashed.
The drive to the cafe was short, and with no sun out it was absolutely freezing. I walked up to the door and opened it, only to find the cafe empty except for a few employees."Excuse me, Miss, we aren't open yet." a girl called from the side of the room where she was rolling silverware.
"Oh, I'm so sorry. My friend told me to meet him here."
She rolled her eyes and started getting an attitude. "You can't meet anyone right now. We aren't open."
"(y/n)! You're here!"
A cheerful voice startled our conversation and I turned to see Jin come out of the kitchen.
"Jin!" I couldn't help the smile that wormed its way onto my face.
"Is there a problem?" Jin asked the girl, an authoritative almost threatening tone came through his voice yet I couldn't help but be attracted to him.
"Um. No sir." the girl replied, her hands in her lap as she looked down.
"Good! (y/n) follow me!"
He gently took my hand and led me into the kitchen where I was met surprisingly with flour-covered Yoongi in front of a table filled with treats.
"Good morning Yoongi!" My eyes widened excitedly. "Did you make all of this?"
His shy smile peeked out as he responded, "Yeah. Thought you'd like some breakfast before practice."
I missed the way he looked at Jin, once he saw our hands together; completely entranced by the assortment of goodies right in front of me.
"May I?" I asked, pointing at the platter and Jin nodded.
I let go of his hand (totallllly "forgot" that I was holding it.) and picked up a cute little tart, I scrunched my nose slightly at the tart flavor, it took me by surprise but it was absolutely delicious.
