Kissing War (Royality)

A/N: I'm still shocked that I have 100 reads. I love you all so much. Also, this is really flippin' cute so yeah... Be prepared.

Royality: Kissing War

Summary: A small peck on the nose leads to a fight to see who can kiss the other the most. Which leads to a 'lip-on-lip' SMOOCH. Then, they get caught.

Patton's POV:

It had never occurred to either of us that Logan and Virgil didn't know about our relationship, yet here we were, caught red-handed. (Get that nasty stuff out of here, I promise we are still doing fluff.) Let me go back though.

Roman and I were sitting on the couch cuddling each other while watching Rapunzel for probably the hundredth time. About halfway through the movie, I leaned over and pecked him on the nose. Roman quickly copied my action. Then, I moved to his cheek and placed a kiss there. He mimicked my action once again, and soon we were in a full-on 'kissing war'. We each made sure to avoid the other's lips, as I had asked when we first got together for us to take it slow. Neither of us wanted to cross the other's boundaries without permission. (Remember kiddos, consent is the best form of... adultery... Okay, I'm leaving now...)

As our war broke out, I gradually moved closer to him. After a few minutes of this happening, I pulled my face away to take in our position. I realized I had gone from sitting next to him to being directly on his lap my legs around his waist. (I SWEAR IT'S STAYING PG maybe 13)

When I looked back to Roman's face, he was bright red and avoiding my gaze (gays). We had never been in a situation like this before, and I had to admit it was quite awkward for both of us. Neither moved away, but we also didn't move to do anything more. (Remember kiddos consent... I already said this didn't I?)

Slowly, I placed my fingers under Roman's chin and tilted his face to look up at me.

"Is this okay with you?" He asked me. (CONSENT) I nodded, and slowly leaned in. Finally, after what felt like an eternity I placed my lips on Roman's. His were soft and warm and tasted like rainbows if that even makes sense. Everything about this felt right to me, I felt safe with the passionate side. Carefully, I placed my arms around his neck letting them hang loosely behind his head and he placed his hands on my hips. Slowly he moved his arms so that they were wrapped around my waist.

Before much more could happen, I heard a door open and a gasp. I quickly pulled away and both Roman and I turned our heads towards the source of the noise. Virgil had walked into the room.

And so here we were, caught red-handed. After a couple of seconds of awkward silence between the three of us, I slowly got off Roman and sat down by him on the couch. I realized what this looked like despite the fact that both Roman and I knew we wouldn't get anywhere near that level of intensity. Virgil stayed still, in stunned silence for a few more seconds before I spoke up, "It's not what it looks like, I can explain!"

"You don't have to." Virgil quickly said, "But, why didn't you tell us?"

"We kinda just thought you knew or had guessed." Roman reasoned.

"Well, I'm not stopping you. Go back to what you were doing." Virgil promptly turned and walked out of the room. I turned back to Roman, and he smiled. Quickly, I closed the gap between us for the second time that night.

"I win," I said after pulling back. Roman rolled his eyes as we cuddled together our attention turning back to the movie.

Gosh, I love his kisses.
