Panic

It was a quite long drive. I didn't even think I was in my home town anymore. I had fallen asleep in the backseat, with my head pressed against the window. Once and a while my eyes would open ever so slightly to peer out the window. I would then fall asleep. Gerard and Frank's conversations were low and faint. I could hear the odd chuckle and snicker here and there.

Suddenly I felt someone grab my arm and shake gently. My eyes fluttered open to see Gerard leaning over the front seat, staring at me. I jumped slightly for he was right in my face. Invasive much?

"We're here." He whispered. I felt his hand release my arm slowly.

"Where?" I questioned, sitting up from my slouching position.

"The studio. We were all gonna meet here tonight, talk about the tour, good thing you tagged along." Gerard replied.

I nodded then suddenly I felt my heart race and my eyes widened. I then began to panic. "My mom! I just left my mom! I just left my mom. Jesus christ!" I found myself panting like a dog, hyperventilating to be exact. I wanted to leave her though, why was I acting so concerned... So... Panicked? Probably because I never told her I was leaving... Probably because I've always took care of her with my father.

"Robin! Robin!" I heard Gerard's voice. "Calm down!" I fumbled for the seat belt, undoing it before stumbling out of the car.

I tripped over my own two feet, nearly face planting into the rough ground. Thankfully I caught myself and regained my balance.

"Whats going on?" I heard Frank's voice. Gerard said something back to him, but I couldn't make it out.

I found myself quivering and stumbling around like a drunk. Why was I acting this way? Why?! I couldn't control myself. My brain had completely lost control and I was breaking down. I had a few panic attacks in my life. Oddly enough, they were all about my mother. I live in fear that she'll die because of her ways.

Suddenly I felt someones arms go all the way around my waist tightly. I was pulled close to them. "Shh... Its okay." It was Gerard. I arched over and my body went limp. A few sobs and sharp inhales escaped my mouth. I felt his hand stroke my hair lightly.

"I-I shouldn't of left... her." I stuttered, feeling Gerard's grip on me tighten.

"You can call her inside Robin. But please, don't even do that again. You scared me half to death." Gerard said in his hushed voice.
