Meet All Might's Successor (1)

"Let me guess this straight," Shintaro said, narrowed his eyes. "You chose Kirishima Eijirou as your successor?"

Toshinori nodded.

"Before the UA exam?"

Nods.

"Why did you chose him?"

"I chose him because he's a true hero."

Shintaro raised one of his eyebrows after hearing this. "True hero...?" He thought silently before looked at him.

"What you meant is you chose him because a true hero move on its own, correct?"

Toshinori mentally startled at this and sweat at how fast he's getting it. Then again, he's the top agent for the first place. "Yes," he said as he comfirm it. "He told me that he wanted to be a hero more than ever and his body move on its own."

Izuku blinked at this.

"Aniki?"

"Hmm?"

"Remember the news about Sludge villain?"

"Yes, what of it?"

"The news said that a boy ran out of the crowd and heroes," the hitman explained. "He throw a tin can to the villain's eye and attempted to save a child while panicked, that is when All Might came and finish it."

Shintaro slightly widened his eyes as he realized it. "I see, so the boy from the news is Kirishima Eijirou."

They both looked at him to see the hero sweating after hearing this.

"So that's why his quirk looked so familiar," Izuku breathes after remember the video of Class 1-A on their first day. "You gave it to him."

"But why? I can understand you chose him," Shintaro crossed his arms. "His quirk, Hardening is a useful quirk for defense and offense unless..."

He stared at the hero hardly.

"Bring him here."

"W-why?"

"Just do it."

All Might stood up and walked through the door, remind himself to take it easy then went to fetch his successor.

"Aniki?"

"Hm?"

"What exactly are you planning?"

"I want to see if that boy is worthy to become the next user of All Might's quirk."

"But there's something else isn't?"

"You knew me too well."

Shintaro let out a rare smile, lean to kissed his brother's forehead and chuckles quietly as Izuku giggled a bit.

All Might POV

All Might walked through the hallway, searching for his successor while thinking deeply.

Why would Shintaro want to talk to him? Despite him knowing the brothers only this day, he learn a bit about him.

Shintaro is a man with lack of interest. When he talked about Kirishima, he noticed a slight gleam in the blue cold eyes.

Curiousity.

He gulped as he wondering if the red haired teen is all right with the agent but if he goes against him, he already imagined Shintaro with red eyes, his darkened aura, wide bright smile that doesn't suit him well and hell, he could have swore he saw a devil with horns laughing behind him.

When he finally saw Kirishima with the blond haired and black haired teens, he immediately interupted them and ask to borrow his student for awhile.

Confusedly, Kirishima agreed, waved goodbye to his friends and walked with him.

"All Might?"

"Young Kirishima," he said, pat his hand on his shoulder. "Someone want to see you."

"Who?"

"You will see."

When they reached to the room, the door widened open and Shintaro can be seen, sitting at the middle of the couch with crossed legs and cold, stoic look.

Izuku is sitting next to him with tender smile. Kirishima blinked, looking at his teacher and them.

"What's going on?"

"Kirishima Eijirou," Shintaro announced, unconsciously let out his business aura causing the student to straightened up. "Come in and let's get down to business."
