"It's looks like your apprentice is next," said Hiroshi.

"I can see that," commented Takeshi. "He told me that he wanted to used his ice quirk first before using his flame."

"Oh? Does he have a plan?"

"It's seems like it," the former assassin hummed. "I wonder what's he gonna show me."

After Izuku left, Shouto wanted to show him something at his next match which confused him and at the same time curious.

"Sounds like he's wanted to surprised you," Kaoru giggled. "What a sweet son you have!"

"W-what?" Takeshi stuttered, blushing. "S-shouto is not my son!"

"He did sees you as his father," Shiro reminding him. "Even his siblings, remember?"

Takeshi blushed more and cover his face making the triplets teasing him with Kaoru and Shouto's siblings awed at the sight of him.

"So cute Takeshi!"

"Never changed~"

"G-guys!"

Shintaro is smirking at the sight of them and Izuku giggles.

In the waiting room, Shouto is practicing his flame a bit before his next match. He knew that he wanting to surprised his father, a move that he secretly training behind his back.

When Takeshi first show him his quirk, he was amazed to see a fire that turned into a beautiful diamond.

He even shows him some of his tricks that involved with his quirk. Win or lose, it doesn't matter to him.

He just wanted to make his mentor proud.

In the arena, Shouto is facing against his opponent with his stoic but determined look.

"Todoroki-san! Gambatte!" Izuku cheered, waving his arm.

Shouto whipped his head and stared at him with small blush as he waved his hand a little.

Shintaro groaned, felt a big regret about leaving his little brother with them. Hein looked at them with his cool gaze before brought his hand down.

"Start!"

Shouto starting with his Giant Ice Wall attack. Bakugo defend himself by destroying the ice with his quick explosions.

Bakugo makes his way out of the ice by his quirk, annoying that his opponent didn't used his fire quirk.

"Hey! Use that fucking flames of yours!" He roared.

Shouto keep silent, runs toward him and the explosion user aimed an explosion at him.

"What is Todoroki doing?" Sero asked confusedly. "Why wouldn't he used his flame quirk?"

"He's waiting," answered Izuku.

"Waiting?" Shouji questioned.

Shouto reaches out to try and grab his opponent but his opponent evades with explosion and grabs onto Shouto's left side.

"Don't you fucking underestimate me bitch!" He growled and throws him toward the edge of the arena with his explosion.

"Is this gonna be Bakugo Katsuki's win?!" Present Mic yelled.

Shouto tsk-ed, swiftly recovers by creating and surfing his ice wave to avoid out of bounds.

"Why is he waiting for?" Kaminari asked, bit recover from his injured. "Come on man! Use your quirk!"
