Chapter 3

"So... how is the person, you're gonna sell me to?" Hikomi suddenly asked out of the blue. 

"Don't know." Bakugou replied before he started to ignore her again.

"Wait, so let me get this straight, you're selling me to a man you don't even know. Do you know how he looks? What about his name? Is he a prince or just a noble? How can you know that he's gonna give you ten million gold coins? Do you have a guarantee for that?" Hikomi started to attack Bakugou with questions. Bakugou tried his best to ignore the cursed girl, but the more questions she asked him, the harder it was to ignore her.

"WILL YOU STOP ASKING ME SOME STUPID QUESTIONS! IT REALLY PISSES ME OF!" Bakugou started to yell at her, what scared the girl. Bakugou noticed the fear in her eyes. His expression softened, after seeing Hikomi. "Just so you know. I don't know anything about that man. Only his anem, But just so you know if that man doesn't keep his promise, then he's not gonna get you. I'll make sure of that."

"Are you sure?" Hikomi asked.

"Yes, you dumbass." Bakugou said. 

*TIMESKIP*

"You know... Fire always seemed to calm me down." Hikomi said to Kirishima, while Bakugou was taking a nap.

"Really?" Kirishima asked.

"Yeah, I mean I just look at the flame and it gives me a calm feeling. Every time I was sad, Toga used to brighten up my day with fire. I look at the flame and all the childhood memories are coming back. Those memories I shared with my brother." Hikomi explained the dragon shifter.

"How was he?" Kirishima asked, what made Hikomi look at him, confused. " I mean your brother."

"Well as far as I can remember... we always used to go on adventures. He loved to study all kinds of creatures. He always had a notebook with him to make notes." Hikomi told him.

"Reminds me of someone I know." Kirishima said.

"Really?" Hikomi asked him.

"Yeah, but since Bakugou doesn't like him that much, I've never seen him after we all defeated the demon king." Kirishima told her.

"Yes, I heard about the demon king. The one who tried to rule over the four kingdoms. The Todoroki kingdom, the Dragon kingdom, the forbidden kingdom and the kingdom of the death. But according to Toga, a group of heroes were able to defeat him." Hikomi said.

"Yeah, and Bakugou and I were part of that group." Kirishima said proudly.

"Really, that's awesome." Hikomi said and looked down.

"But your face is telling me something different." Kirishima said.

"It's just... I miss my family. I just wish I could see them before you two are selling me to... to... god knows who." Hikomi said.

"That's sad. Well, we'll discuss that tomorrow. Come let's sleep before Bakugou wakes up and we don't get any Sleep because of that." Kirishima said and Hikomi just nodded. But neither both knew that the dragon king was listening to their conversation.

"Oi, demon spawn. Wake up. Oi, I said WAKE UP!" Bakugou yelled into Hikomi's ear.

"I'm awake. I'm awake. What happened?" Hikomi said and got up.

"Thank god you're awake. After 15 minutes of trying." Bakugou said and helped her up. "Listen, princess. I've been thinking and I think it's fair for you to meet your family before we bring you to Jacob." Bakugou said.

"Really you would do that?" Hikomi asked and Bakugou just nodded. "Oh my goodness! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Hikomi said and gave Bakugou a big hug.

"I wanna hug too." Kirishima said and joined the hug.

"Get off of me. Did ya not hear me? I'll kill you both." Bakugou started to threaten the two, but Hikomi and Kirishima didn't listen.

"I like to see ya try, pretty boy." Hikomi said.

"WHAT DID YOU CALL ME?!" Bakugou yelled-asked and tried to break free but both were able to hold him back. After a while, Kirishima turned into a dragon and the three continued their journey.

"So your family have to be in the Todoroki kingdom. They can't be in the kingdom of the death nor the forbidden kingdom. The dragon kingdom is also out of options since I'm the dragon king and I don't know a family with the last name Midoriya living there. So we're heading to the capital. That's where our little quest to find your family starts." Bakugou said.
