It's been awhile since we had been cuffed to this bench, but we stayed here as we couldn't just run from the cops.

"I could easily get out of these, you know," Derek's voice had came into play, as I snapped back to reality as I see him staring at the cuff on his left wrist.

"So could I. But I'm not interested in being a fugitive from the law," Chris had replied, as he didn't want to be the most wanted in Beacon Hills right now.

"Well, I'm not interested in being a victim to a Seventeen-year-old possessed by a psychotic fox," Derek replied bluntly, as this wasn't going to end well.

"Just give me a few more minutes," Chris had replied, his eyes locked on to Derek, who didn't want to wait, and I see him ready to break the cuffs off.

"Derek," My voice was stern and meaningful as he knew that doing this would just create more trouble for us.

He sighs deeply, as he listened to me. "Okay, fine. If something happens, don't expect me to risk my life trying to save both of yours," Derek's words kind of hurt me, but I couldn't tell if he was acting tough because Chris was here and he didn't want to show that he cared or that he was just lying...

It made me turn sour towards him, and I didn't look, I even moved a bit closer to Chris. I stared out to the desks as I didn't pay attention. Did all those times I saved him, or helped him out with his problems, didn't mean anything to him. Us kissing didn't mean anything to him? I found that hard to believe.

I was pulled back to the room, to see an officer on a phone, but his expression had turned worried and his complexion gone white. Suddenly, he slams the phone down, and he ran, and all the officers were in a panic and rushing throughout the station, chattering among each other. As Derek, Chris and I all sat there wondering what was happening, but it made us all go on edge.

Derek had took his worried gaze to Chris as I flickered my eyes to both of them. Just then, rushed footsteps ran towards us, an officer knelt beside Chris and started to uncuff him.

"What's happening?" Chris had rushed out, but the officer didn't respond to his question as he looked panicked. He rushes to the middle section, and started to uncuff mine restraints and Chris's as it was only one cuff. His hands fumbled with the keys as time wasn't on his side or something. He looked up to me, his eyes connecting to mine as they held fear...

"What's happening?" Chris had asked Derek, who was in his own world, figuring what was happening, listening in on something. I had focused my own hearing, and listened in, a faint buzzing sound came to ear, but it began to grow louder and it was coming from behind. I took my gaze to the Sheriff's office behind as Derek was already looking behind. I look to a package on the desk, the square one and that's where the buzzing noise was coming from.

Derek turned to face me for a moment his eyes full of worry and fear of the outcome. "Get down!" It happened so fast, he pushed the officer away, and grabbed me on the shoulder and grabbed Chris at the same time, pushing us down to the floor, his body acting as a shield for us, as an explosion rang out through the station. I hear windows smashed, things flying everywhere and a rush of fresh blood coming to my nostrils all of it mixing together to make one strong smell...

Moments went by, as I peel one eye up to see that dusk was on us, things were getting dark now. A ringing sound was present in my ears as I couldn't hear a thing. Both my eyes open to see chaos and destruction around me. The station was a mess, as it was damaged, and I could smell things burnt. As I try to push myself of the ground, I groaned in pain. I took my gaze to the side of my body to see a large wooden piece stuck inside of me. My grey shirt was already stained with wet blood, as it continued to leak from my side.
