After the chaos of the attack, the police were rang, and everyone in our class chattered among each other. Allison was talking with her father who had rushed in to see if she was alright. Stiles was on his phone, probably trying to get into contact with Scott. Our teacher, Miss Blake was lent on her desk, her hair ruffled, a few fresh scratches on her face.

I stood next to Allison, my gaze going to the feathers and the dead birds that still lingered on the floor. I was thinking about all the different possibilities why the birds did this? Why did they attack us? I've never seen anything like this in nearly four-hundred years.

"Next time you're feeling you wanna stay home, you stay home," Chris had spoke to his daughter, but it pulled me from my thoughts.

"I'm okay, thanks to Alice," Allison replied back her eyes meeting mine as I offered her a small thin smile. "But, Dad, the deer and now this?" I frown in confusion as I don't know anything about a deer.

"I know. I know," Chris repeated in a small tone, as he looks away from Allison.

"It can't be a coincidence," she carries on, but Stiles's father came on other to question him. I look over to Stiles and nodded my head towards the door, wanting to speak to him.

He followed my lead and we went out of the classroom as his Father talked to Mr Argent. As we were clear out of sight and the door closed behind us.

"What's this thing about a deer," I state quickly to his, my gaze darkened as I wasn't informed of the matter.

"Hmm," he gulped back the lump in his throat as he noticed my dark gaze. "A deer ran straight into Lydia's car with them both in it," he replied quickly, but my gaze softened.

"And you didn't phone or text?" I asked, my eyebrow cocked up at him.

"You haven't been in contact with us for the whole summer, Alice," Stiles replied his face twisted in anger but it wasn't full, it was just slight, but I could tell.

"I'm sorry, Stiles, but you don't know what it's like to have the weight of different people depending on you," I put my hands into fists at my side, my voice raised ever so slightly. "You don't know, what I've been through as a Witch, or what I've lost," Tears threatened my eyes, as I didn't break our connection. "I used the whole summer to become stronger, to protect my friends from any supernatural threat that might come our way," My fists became tighter, I could feel my knuckles turn white, my blood racing.

Just then, the lockers around us began to shake, and vibrate but Stiles's eyes went to the lockers around us as I just stared at him. "Alice, calm down," he states and I see for the first time within his eyes. Fear...

His eyes pulled me out of whatever trance I was in and the lockers around us abruptly stopped their shaking. I took a short breath as my eyes wondered all over Stiles face. "I-I'm sorry," I state as I turn away and began to walk.

"Alice! Alice!" Stiles tried to stop me from walking away, but I made my mind up. I left the school without another word, as tears ran down my face. High emotions can fuel Witches power, and my emotions were pretty high and I was feeling a lot these days...

I was hoping that I could keep my emotions in check, so I can be useful to my friends in times of need...

.............................................................

It's been a few hours since I left the school and I had gotten a text message from Stiles, telling me to meet him at the Hale House, as Scott was there with Derek and Isaac. I used my vampire speed to reach the house in time. Though I haven't forgotten about what happened early with Stiles, but I kept my cool, putting it as a one time thing.
