Chapter Nine

Scarlett's POV

‘I said SKIP Hunter Skip’ I screamed at him in a frustrated manner

We have been at this for freaking hour with hunter and guess what? I discovered two things our lab comes from a 6th grade science book and I got paired with the worst lab partner ever. I was getting frustrated and also at my emotions too. And you can ask emotions? Well let me explain to you since the beginning.

Flash Back ………………………………..

‘Okay hunter’ I said while we sat on the living room couch.

“Did you bring your lab papers? “ I questioned him

‘Yeah but I left them in the car. Let me go get them and we can start” Hunter said and got up and left

I sat there for at least five minutes, after those minutes he came back and sat down we discussed the lab, when we finished discussing the lab we took the materials and went outside to make the lab.

Our lab consisted in making a line of three meters and after that we had to skip, run, walk backward and hop and while taking how much time we took to do those things with a stopwatch.

I decided that I should go first because I will do it faster. I got prepared and I put myself at the beginning of the line and Hunter and the end with my phone which included a stopwatch, Fancy huh?

“One, two and three go!” Hunter said and I started running to the end of the line.

‘What time did I get?’ I asked Hunter

‘Oh sorry let’s do it again I didn’t stop in time’ Hunter said with a grin on his face.

I did it three times more and he gave me the same stupid excuses until I sent him to hell and he did it right the fifth time.

Then I started with the walking backwards and when I got to the end Hunter started laughing he fell to the floor.

I was looking at him like he was crazy.

‘Hunter come on I want to finish this’ I said a in a mad tone

‘I.. You … I… I…’ was the only thing I could get because he was dying of laughing there in the floor.

‘What?’ I ask after wasting three minutes of my life waiting for Hunter to calm down.

‘God I haven’t laughed so much in my life. If I didn’t know you better I will say that you were trying to get me to rape you’ Hunter said with amusement in his face

‘WHAT?! What do you mean?’ I didn’t understand anything he was saying.

‘That you were showing your boobs while you were running and they aren’t that hard to miss and then your butt moving up and down while you walk’ Hunter said

I stare at him in shock what the hell is wrong with this dude I can’t handle this.

‘NO I DON’T WANT YOU TO RAPE ME AND STOP BEING A PREVERT YOU IDIOT!’ I yell at him

He got up and said “whatever you say”

Look hunter I don’t care if you are the hot jackass of the school. I won’t accept you messing with me so let’s finish this fucking lab so you could go” I said

I saw that my words hurt him but he deserve it kind of.

‘Did you just say that I am hot?’ Hunter ask

‘Go to hell’ I said

After our little fight we went back to work and then it was Hunter’s turn.

And he made everything impossible.

‘You know what? Finish it yourself’ I said and went to my house I couldn’t take this anymore

I went straight to my room took out my guitar and put my speakers with my iPod plugged in. I need to relax myself If I don’t I will explode, you see I don’t manage anger very well.

I remember a song that can change my mood and it might be a song dedicated to a girl but, in this time I didn’t care it make me relax and I started singing it:

I sang the song with my heart and as soon as I finished with it I felt better I took a deep breath and went back down and Hunter wasn’t there, so the coward left.

I went to the kitchen and the lab was there and it was done with all the results and everything.

‘I am back!’ said a voice behind me and I immediately knew who it was.
