All About Denki

Denki POV

Sero and I walk into our house, immediatly greeted by our cat, Cello. After saying hello and feeding him, Sero heads off to bed, and I stay up and play video games.

The next morning, I wake up to Sero standing angrily over me. I sya, "What's wrong, babe?" "Don't 'what's wrong, babe' me!! What the hell?! First you stay up late playing video games, which is not only bad for you, but also for our electrical bill, then, you never clean up after yourself, leaving a huge mess here for me to clean up, because you're too tired from staying up all night!! This has happened too many times, Kaminari!!" He stands there, not looking at me. Suddenly, I get angry too. "Hey!! At least I'm not the one who doesn't do anything! You get home from work and say, 'oh, can you do the dishes? I'm really tired.'" I exclaim. "At least I go!! You go for about an hour, then say you're going on a 'lunch break', and never return!!"

 Our fight lasts for what seems like hours, and ends with me kicking Sero out of the house, him taking Cello with him, and everything he owns. I break down to tears. Of course. Everything I get, I ruin. No matter what. My boyfriend, my cat, my job, my health. The truth is, I had  been doing what Sero was saying. I'd been ditching work to go do something, but that just started. And I was doing it for good reason.

I didn't tell Sero this, because I didn't want him to worry, but I had gotten diagnosed with cancer. My hair hasn't started falling out yet, but it should soon. I was ditching work to go see my doctor, then go to sleep or rest. I've only told one person: Kirishima. I knew he wouldn't tell anybody if I didn't want him to, and so far, he's kept his promise. I suppose I should tell him about me and Sero. Honestly, I've been planning on breaking up with Sero for a while now. I noticed I didn't really have feelings for him anymore, but I couldn't bring myself to tell him. I open up my phone:

Denki: Hey man...

Kirishima: Hey bro!! Whats up?!

D: I just broke up with Sero. 

K: You finally did it? 

D: No... I woke up this morning and we had this huge fight. He left and took all his stuff...

K: Did you tell him about....

D: No. Not yet. I haven't told anyone except you. But I'm telling the group chat today.

K: Good for you. And best of luck, bro.

I sigh and close my phone. How am I going to tell everyone? 

Before I can do anything, I go into a coughing fit, not being able to breathe for what seems like forever. 

Finally, I stop. I stand up and walk over to the kitchen, making myself some eggs and toast. Once I'm done eating, I open my phone again, to the class 1-a group chat. Everyone except Minetta and the teachers are in it.

Pikachu: Hey guys... I have something to tell you...

Acid Queen: Hey, Kami!! What's up?

Lord Explosion Murder: What is it, dumb face?

The Rock: You sure, Kami?
