Ashton's POV
when we left, I quickly texted Charlotte making sure it was okay if the boys came round.
To Charlotte - hey is it okay if the boys come over for a while?x
I was expecting to have to wait for a reply but she replied almost instantly.
From Charlotte - hey yeah sure x
I carried on driving towards my house until we arrived. I told them all to be nice. I opened the door and stood to the side so I could close the door behind them.
"I'm home!" I said loudly.
"in here!" I heard Charlotte shout from the living room. I went into the living room with the boys following. she said hi to them all and they all sent her a smile with some 'hi' and 'hello' s back.
I noticed all the boys on their phones
except from Luke who was intently staring at Charlotte. I can tell he likes her. I'm not jealous because I'm like her older brother I just don't want to see her get hurt like her ex hurt her.
"I'm gonna go and get some food anyone want some?" Charlotte asked as she stood up.
"yeah actually shall we order pizza?" I suggested. everyone agreed and I went out into the kitchen to order.
Charlotte's POV
I had noticed Luke staring at me for at least 20 minutes. I must admit he was quite attractive. I just pretended not to see. when Ashton went into the kitchen to order pizza, Luke came up and sat next to me.
"hey you alright?" Luke asked.
"yeah just hungry you?" I replied wondering as to why he was asking me this.
"yeah I'm good. look, um I'm sorry bout earlier dragging ash away from you..." he said looking apologetic.
"its alright I understand." I said whilst smiling at him.
"I'm gonna go see if Ashton's alright." Luke said smiling as he walked out. his smile is enough to lighten your day.
Ashton's POV
"okay thank you bye."I spoke through the phone. I was about to walk back to the living room when I saw Luke. maybe this was the right time to talk to him about Charlotte.
"hey Luke you alright?" I said. he replied with a simple smile but then looked down. "Luke? are you okay?" I repeated knowing the answer instantly.
"not really... its just your friend I really like her but I don't want to get in the way of anything you and her have and I feel really awkward because I know she won't like me back its just she's rea-" I cut him off.
"Luke... I know you like her... its obvious! and you won't be getting in between anything with us, we are just really good friends! just promise me one thing though...if you do decide to ask her out, dont just leave her. treat her properly and don't judge her. she's been through a hard time with the baby and all and I just don't want her getting hurt yet again." I explained.
"I can promise you nothing will happen to her!" Luke assured me and walked out me following. let's just hope he keeps his promise...
