As I approach my school I'm met with the sight of girls squealing when they finally spot their friends, and let's not forget the multiple people who think it's okay to eat each other's faces, like really, I'm sure you saw you little bimbo yesterday. Only 18 months to go Layah, you can do this. When I finally get pass the masses of horny, immature and just downright annoying teenagers, something catches my eye or rather my ears. Hearing the chanting of "fight fight fight" I realize that yep, school has defiantly started. As I'm turning my head back, ignoring their immaturity I spot something that makes me whip my head so fast, people watching me may have thought I was trying to execute the freaking Beiber hair flip. Anyway, back to what caught my attention, or rather who. I spot my crazy ass best friend Emily in the middle of the circle, facing off with what looks to be a blonde daddy's girl bimbo. I march over there ready to pull Emily out, however I'm shortly stopped when suddenly the Blondie throws the first punch, bad move, in the blink of an eye Emily is becoming the next superman and flying towards the girl taking her to the ground. This sends the people into over drive and everyone starts going crazy when they watch Emily straddle her while repetitively punching the girl in the face. Everything comes to a halt when I hear that dreaded ringing of the school bell; it's the same sound that's haunted me since I was six.
Emily spots me as the crowd starts to disappear, as she's walking towards me I notice that her beautiful long brown hair is a knotted mess and some of it is stuck to her sweaty face, I bet she regrets not waiting till after school to fight, idiot. I notice that even tho her face is sweaty, it's still glowing. I envy the fact that even after a fight she can represent a model, I mean I'm not ugly but I just don't have the confidence like Emily does. She pulls me out of my thoughts with her million dollar smile, and her usual "hey bitch". I laugh at her usual greeting. While walking towards the building we fall into an easy conversation
"So who's the
Blondie you were fighting" I asked
"Just some new bimbo who thought it would be funny to dis my tattoo, you know I don't stand for shit like that" she responded with a smirk on her face.
After retrieving our timetables for year 11, we compare and much to our pleasure we only have different math classes. First up psychology, ewh, what a way to start my Monday morning. After grabbing my books from my locker I turn to head to Emily's locker when I suddenly bump into someone, I look up ready to apologize, but it's soon cut short when I notice that is none other than James. Oh great...
