Jonasan POV
After I knocked out Motoyasu I was panting from the amount of energy I just blew through as fast as I did. All of a sudden I'm surrounded by knights pointing their Halberds at me.
"Shield Hero! By order of the King this match has been declared for fit based on the grounds that you cheated.
'DAMN IT FATES!!!!!!! Can't I get just one win? JUST ONE?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' I internally scream.
"Surely you jest? I used my shields abilities and nothing else..."
"Enough!!!!" The King yelled, cutting me off. "It is final." Knights took Raphtalia. I fell to my knees.
'Why do they hate me so much? Even after all I've changed, shown how powerful I am. WHY?! It isn't right!' I ponder.
'Do you wish to make them pay?' I heard a voice say.
'Do you wish to watch them burn?'
'Ye...' As I was about to answer.
"Master Jonasan!!!!!!!" I heard Raphtalia's voice yell out to me. I looked up to see her kneeling by me.
"Go, your free now." I said.
"Nope."
"I said GO."
"Nope."
"Why not?"
"Because I promised to be your sword, and to fight for you forever. And I don't plan on breaking that promise anytime soon." I cried as she just sat there, hugging me, and patting my back.
A/N Sorry for the delay and sorry it's so short to make up for it I made this a touching Jonasan and Raphtalia moment.
