Harry's P.O.V (Monday)

As soon as Malfoy, Professor Leafgally, and I enter Mcgonagall's office I can tell we were in for a scolding of a lifetime just by the look on the Headmistresses face. With a deep sigh she asks,

"What happened?"

"Well," Professor Leafgally says with distaste in his voice, "We were making a mental and physical binding potion and these two got into a fight and spilt the potion all over themselves halfway through. Luckily they never were able to achieve the mental binding portion of the potion so they are just physically bonded. My guess is they will stay so for about a week."

"A WEEK!?" both Malfoy and I scream simultaneously.

"I can't be bonded with this prick for a week!" Malfoy complains, "I'll lose my mind!"

"I can say the same about you" I retort.

"ENOUGH" Mcgonagall commands, "You both should have thought of that before you began fighting! I know this potion has no antidote so you two will just have to deal with the consequences of your actions. Both of you will be given an empty professors dorm to stay in as to not bother other students with your constant bickering and to eliminate debates of where you two will sleep. You will also be given a temporary schedule since you will not be able to seperate at all for the next week. I will arrange for your bags to be brought to your new room."

At that Mcgonagall rose from her desk and walk out of sight to go and find someone to grab Malfoy and I's bags. Dread fills my chest as I realize all the things being stuck with Malfoy would include: Going to classes with him, talking to friends with him, sleeping in the same bed as him... Oh Merlin give me strength. Both Malfoy and I lock eyes with similar expressions of horror frozen on our faces before Malfoy's horrified expression turns into one of pure rage.

"This is all your fault Potter! If you hadn't shoved me-"

I interrupt him, venom piercing my words,

"Oh please, you were the one being a prick in the first place by giving me all the hard tasks!"

"Well yo-"

"ENOUGH!" Mcgonagall booms as she enters the room once again, "You both better learn to get along, or at least tolerate each other, or this week will be a living hell for both of you and all those around you!"

I purse my lips in anger and Malfoy shifts awkwardly while looking down and studying his shoes. The Slytherin seems to do a lot of that these days, shrink in the face of anger instead of fighting back as I had seen him do in previous years. It is likely due to his time spent as a death eater under Voldemort. I knew Malfoy never wanted to be a death eater, whenever I saw him with them he always had an expression of fear on his face, if not on his face I saw it in his eyes, his grey eyes.

"Now, if both of you would kindly follow me, I'll show you to your room," she began to walk out the door gesturing with her hand for Malfoy and I to follow her before she turns back to Professor Leafgally, "Oh, and you can go now Warley."

Our potions professor nods and exits the room alongside the rest of us, making his way back to the potions classroom. Solemnly, Malfoy and I follow Mcgonagall to a small dark oak door which is located next to many other doors identical to it, likely the schools professors rooms. We enter the room and it is reasonably sized compared to what the size of the door entailed. The room is square and each of the four walls contained the colors of each of the four houses in stripes. One canopy bed is pushed against the back wall in the middle of the room and seems to be king sized, thank Merlin, and has a grey comforter and four pillows. A small dark oak nightstand stood on either side of the bed and each had a small lamp that were both identical to each other. The door to the bathroom is located to the bottom right side of the room. The rest of the room is filled with a dark oak wardrobe of considerable size, a red velvet couch with a dark out wood trimming facing a stone fireplace in the wall, a record player residing on a stand next to the couch, and a glass table that sat right in front of the couch with a red fluffy rug right under it. I spot Malfoy and I's bags piled next to the bed and a piece of paper, likely our new schedule, sitting on top of the left nightstand.

"Well, I'll leave you boys to get settled," says Mcgonagall from behind them, "You have been excused from the rest of your days classes." Mcgonagall turns to leave before turning back one last time, "Oh, and please behave."

With those last words, Mcgonagall walks out the door and shut it behind her leaving Malfoy and I alone.
