We are driving around now trying to find a good place for breakfast and we can't stop looking at each other and laughing. I'm going to have abs after today.
The sun is shining in my eye and I cover my eyes with the back of my hand as Callum turns the corner making the sun disappear.
"too sunny for you huh?" Callum asked.
"Yeah I'm hating this sun so much right now" I sighed as the sun returned piercing through me.
"Aww babe. It's ok we can go somewhere some where shady." He smiled and kept concentrating on the road as I looked over at him with a huge grin on my face but I don't think he noticed.
Callum parked the car in front of a cafe. "Fine chocolates. Sounds good." A smile crept on my face.
"Well I know how much you like chocolate."
"Oh. Don't you just know me so well then." I stated sarcastically as Callum pulled a funny face.
I prepared myself to get out of the car. To be honest I was more embarrassed to walk around with Callum when he dressed as a girl.
Walking up to the cafe I had experienced more judgmental stares then I had ever had in my life time. It really makes me think about how people can judge some one so much by what they wear. I know I'm not like this and they don't know anything about me but still they find themselves assuming the worse in Callum and I.
"How about this. I will go order our food now, at lunch you can order and then at diner we can go out to a fancy place where the waiter comes to our table. Alright?" I had that plan in my head for a while now because I thought that during breakfast there isn't a lot of people but at lunch more people will go out to eat.
"Sure babe. That's good with me." He is so clueless to the way my brain works. I always analyse everything I do so it works out in my favour. As an example when I was younger I was at a theme park with my parents. We were going on a water ride where the seats of six would spin consistently. Considering that the speed of the water would twist the seats the same way and at similar times, I watched the ride multiple times until I came to the conclusion of which seat would get the least wet and the most wet. I had ran to the seat that would be the least wet and tricked my dad into going into the seat that would get wet the most. After that ride I was the least wet and my father was the most wet which concluded to me being completely accurate.
After I had ordered I retreated back to the table Callum had chosen. The table was just out of the sun and I smiled realising Callum remembered our conversation in the car.
Callum and I sweet talked for a while trying to forget about what we looked like and to distract ourselves from becoming hungry.
When the food came Callum and I dug our faces with the food and drinks. We finished pretty quickly and started to move out because we had experienced to much embarrassment at one time.
I darted for Callums car while he payed and about half way there, a voice sounded. It was firm, strong and certainly familiar. "New look huh?" I knew who it was straight away and turned slowly. It almost felt like I was in a movie and I was in slow motion doing a dramatic head turn. When I saw his face I realised he was smirking and looking me up and down. Gross.
"Only-uh- for today." I looked down at the ground suddenly becoming extremly insecure. Why the fudge cake is Callum not here yet? I frantically looked around for Callum.
"Why do you seem afraid? What have I ever done to you?" He sounded hurt but for some reason it came off as sarcastic and a bit like he was teasing me. "It must have been hard getting kidnapped huh? Well at least you weren't raped" once again everything he said sound sarcastic.
"I-ah- have to-um- go." I said looking away. After everything I just don't feel comfortable around him.
"Come on chat for a bit longer will ya!" It didn't sound like a question it sounded like a threat. I was kind of afraid and I didn't know why. I shrugged and looked back up at him. I was about to say something when he cut me off. "You have to be happy that Callum was there to save you when you got kidnapped."
I giggled nervously "ha yeah I guess". I looked at the ground not knowing what to do.
"Oi babe lets go" callums voice rushed in my ears as he pulled me away. We were edging towards the car before Luke said yet another thing.
"In a rush huh? Why don't you come over here baby and give me a kiss goodbye?" I could hear the smirk through his voice and I in the corner of my eye I saw Callum stiffen and shuffle towards me.
"Don't you funking say that to her you bastard" Callum had turned around and pointed in Luke's direction giving him a deathly glare that was burning through him. "Come on Sarah". Callum gently pulled at my waist to edge me closer to him and we walked off not taking a second glance back at Luke.
I sighed as we got in the car and for a minute we just sat in silence. I was over thinking everything that just happened and I have no doubt that Callum is doing the same.
You know, I don't remember ever saying anything about Callum saving me. I also didn't clear up the rumours of me getting raped so how did he know for sure that I wasn't?
There was that guy on the phone. For some reason I think that the guy who kidnapped me wasn't doing it for himself. Well shit.
"Callum, I think Luke was behind me getting kidnapped".
