People, be it royals, or commoners, all filed into the Palace for Princess Lady Merry-Go-Round's 10th birthday ball. Just like her parents wedding and the day of her birth Egypt herself was happy to have such a strong royal bloodline. Merry had her own throne made for her but she perfered standing with her mommy on the right side of her daddy's throne. She knew the past and wanted to help protect her daddy even if he didn't need it yet. Seto announced group after group of fellow royalty until Princess Tea showed up looking all in a tizzy.

She looked Atem with lust and the two family members he had beside him with anger. Merry bow in respect to Tea's parents who praised her behavior. That is until the older princess suddenly walked off from something which wasn't surprising to her peers. Merry just reassured the Romania Royal Couple that Tea maybe needed some air and would be back soon.

That they all agreed on and Merry watched as her vision from two day ago played almost the same as before yet it was slightly better. Lunette picked up Merry after she nearly and sat her down in her throne on her lap Atem had to speak with Seto or even Isis for a moment or two.

As Atem was walking around, he spotted Isis.

"Priestess." Atem greeted, walking up to her.

"Hello, Pharaoh. Enjoying the ball?" Isis asked.

"Yea I am." Atem lied.

"Now I know that's a lie Pharaoh." Isis said with a smile.

Atem chuckled at that.

"I guess you caught me." Atem said.

"You can not fool me Pharaoh." Isis told him.

"Yes, I know." Atem then remember what he wanted to ask Isis in the first place, "Isis, if you're not busy could you keep an eye on Merry? I don't want to know what might happen when Lunette or I'm not around her." Atem asked her.

"Of course my Pharaoh, I would not mind watching over her." Isis said.

"Thank you Isis." Atem thanked.

Isis bowed to Atem and she walked off to find Merry.

Atem sighed in relief and continued to walk around.

Merry was heading back to his throne, she got there without a problem. Once she saw down she feet felt much better and let out a sigh.

'I know I will be here for a bit.' Merry thought.

Isis finally caught up to Merry. She stood against a pillar and watched her Princess. She looked around at the guests. Then she spotted Tea not far off. She was glaring at Merry as she sat on her throne. Isis watched her for a little bit and then Tea walked off.

"What a stupid girl." Isis whispered.

Atem was walking after talked to another guest. Then someone was in his way, it was Tea.

"Hello again Atem." Isis greeted.

"Go away Princess Tea. I have no intentions with you tonight." Atem told her.

"Of course you do. We should go dance. We always do." Tea said.

"No thank you Princess. I would rather not" Atem growled.

Tea was starting to get on Atem's nerves.

"Well we could just leave the ball and head to your room for some fun." Tea said seductively, grabbing Atem's arm.

Atem slit his eyes in anger and tore his arm from her grasp.

"I would rather not. If there is anyone that will be with me, it is my husband." Atem growled.

Tea then got angry.

"You'll pay for never loving me." Tea warned.

"I'll never love you, I would have never loved you. Even if you tried." Atem said.

Tea huffed and walked off.

Atem sighed and walked back to his wife near a balcony. He got back to her and stepped behind her.

"Tea again?" Lunette guessed, seeing Atem's tired state.

"Yep and she tried to get me to get in bed with her." Atem told him.

"I'll kill her." Lunette growled.

The ball continued with no problem. Lunette and Atem mostly sat on their thrones and watched people mingle.

The ball was close to the main event the birthday cake was brought out. It was two times Merry's size with more then enough to go around for everyone here. Seto lifted his little cousin up to help with her candles which Merry blew out without any farther help. Clappping and cheers rang throughout the room as the presents came in. Merry got her own from her parents and an Egyptian Mau named after her grandma Ara. Wreaths, many pieces of jewelry and even flowers from the Heba. Ara the Mau and Nazwa the cub got along very well since both were cats and symbols of Goddesses.
