"What?" I asked them in confusion, pretending not to know what's running through their evil minds.

"Come on, it's just a date. Let me handle this" Georgina said winking at me.

But as she motioned towards the intimidating handsome man, I caught her arm and grabbed her that causes her to groan. "Oww!" Georgina yelped causing heads to look towards our direction. "Are you insane? Stop playing virgin, okay? Well, although you're really a virgin but Ars, give it a shot" Georgina muttered blatantly.

"Just stop it, Georg. Enough. If there's someone who would like to date me then make them work for it. I hate chasing men around and throwing myself at their feet. It feels so disgusting, you know? Makes me feel cheap."  I replied glaring at Georgina who obviously felt sorry with that apologetic look on her face.

"I'm sorry, Ariadne. I'm not saying you should throw yourself  to some random man. I just want you to have a break. Have more time for yourself. I'm pretty knackered of watching you bustling around like a hands-on mother of six" Georgina fussed, her eyes bearing pure concern as she took my hand and rubbed it gently.

Ouch. I felt a slight pain at Georgina's blunt words. "I understand. Thanks though. Don't worry sweet, I'll be fine. That dating thing, I'll think about it but not now." I gazed reassuringly at Georg who just laid back at the back of the chair.

Just as I tilted my head to the left to check on the man, he caught my eyes -- again. I looked back. Discomfort seeped through me. He was sitting at the side of the counter opposite to where we are seated. He's reading a newspaper he got from the shelf just right next to him. It's probably out of date since the newspaper boy hasn't come for almost two days. He looked heavenly. His dark hazel hair compliments the light on his face that reached the sun's glow. It's pretty obvious that he's been working out because of his broad and muscular body frame. Holy Moly. I was interrupted from my thoughts when I heard someone cleared her throat and I looked up and saw Harriet grinning at me.

"Liking the view, eh?" Harried asked annoyingly with a knowing look.

"Oh please." I responded scrunching up my nose and gesturing my hand, shooing her away. Then we laughed.

Hours later, Georg and Harriet decided to stroll around the resort just a few blocks away from here. I bid them goodbye as I  held the door open and they gave me flying kisses. I was about to find Shellie when I noticed he was gone. I just shrugged and continued my way to the kitchen. When I got there, I saw Morris. He is Shellie's cousin and one of our crew. We met at a party where Shellie invited me over and I got out of place but then Morris showed up and we became good friends. Shellie said he would like to apply as a crew. Luckily, we had one slot available so I hired him. I don't have any complains regarding with his performance. In fact, he's doing very well and dependable. Also he is kind, funny and cute. With his rich light blonde auburn one-length hair, his round face with those shimmering light brown eyes with long curvy lashes and thick eyebrows. His body slender yet muscular. I can say say he's quite dashing. Typical boy-next-door.

"Sup, Arie?" Morris greeted with a smile while putting the ingredients to the shelves.

"Nothing, Morris. Need help? I asked walking towards the the 4 big brown boxes placed below the wooden shelves.

"Nope. It's okay Arie. I can manage." Morris interrupted me as I was pulling out some jars of chocolate chips, flavored sprinkles, and cinnamon powder.
