The Return Of The Emerald Secret (Zane Ro'meave)

~ Chapter 2 ~

                                    ~ Zane's POV ~
I woke up on a dark cold surface, I look around seeing nothing but black emptiness surrounding me, I sit down on the 'floor' and I hang my head and fiddle with my fingers, trying to make time go by. I shot my head up as I hear Garroth's voice echo in my mind, "Zane?" I try to speak but I don't make a sound "Why did you call? Are you alright?" I close my eyes, focusing on Garroth's voice as I see a bright light, 'I'm back in my car...' I move my hand to grab my phone but my arms can't move! I begin to panic fearing for the worst, I look in the rear view mirror and I have a mini heart attack...

my eyes were green...

    ~ Garroth's POV ~
I pick up my phone after I see Zane's name on display, "Zane?" He doesn't respond, "Why did you call? Are you alright?" He still doesn't respond! I get another notification, but this time it was the app called 'Find My Friends' it was Zane sharing his location with me. 'He never shares his location with me...' I accept his request and see he's near Walmart. "Hey Garroth" I look up from my phone and see Laurance on the stairs in his regular attire. "Hey Laurance" I respond

He makes his way down and grabs an apple from the counter as I watch him take a bite, I look back to my phone due to it buzzing and it says that Zane is moving, "You okay? You look as pale as Zane!" He says while chuckling to himself, I try to connect the few prices to the puzzle I've been mentally working on ever since Zane passed out on the stairs. I soon come to the conclusion I never wanted to come to...

"Laurance! Come with me!" I say as I take his apple and chuck it in the trash and drag him to my car "Garroth! What the heck!" I don't respond, only starting the car and driving to Lucy's house. I picked up Lucy and Kimmy, and I mean I literally picked them up and put them in the car. "Garroth! What in the name of Irene are you doing!?" She's clearly frustrated of me, to be fair I did carry her out of her own house... I only respond with "something is wrong with Zane" her expression turns to anger to shock in an instant "you mean-" Kim starts, coming to a realization "yes" I butt in,

"We're going back to the Lodge..."

~ Zane's POV ~
It's been a few boring, and awkward hours in the car as Zane drove somewhere, I'm hoping that it isn't where I think it is... when we finally got to the location, Zane stepped out of the car and walked for a while until he abruptly stopped in front of a tall building... a building that I could never forget.
