Finally they roused themselves enough to get out of bed. While he just wanted to explore her body with his own for the rest of the day, he still needed to get up and prepare for the lockdown tonight. Aaron had phoned him several times but the calls went unanswered as he laid with Anne in his arms.

"Come on lazy bones. We need to move." He said as he placed little kisses on her neck, "I've got a lockdown tonight." As she rolled over to face him he couldn't believe his luck. She was so beautiful with her curly dark hair and blue azure eyes. He could imagine mini versions of themselves running around his house. He smiled at the thought as she stood up from the bed and walked bare naked into the hallway before her. Suddenly she ran back in and dived under the covers. He was just about to ask why when he heard voices coming from the front door. Obviously the guys had got fed up of waiting for him and had come to pick him up.

"Dude, you here?" Aaron yelled from the doorway as he made his way towards the kitchen. Shaking his head in annoyance he handed his shirt to Anne so she could cover herself before he pulled on a pair of jeans, leaving the top button undone. Walking into the kitchen he spied the guys as they began rummaging around his kitchen in search of food.

When they spotted him Billy stared in shock at his state of undress, well it was the afternoon after all.

"Zak. Sorry I thought you would be ready now." Billy said as he poured himself a coffee, "Is Anne feeling better?" He looked up as she walked in just wearing Zak's shirt. He blushed and turned away, "Oh sorry do you want us to leave and come back." Zak shook his head at them,

"Bit late now." He said as he passed Anne the coffee that Billy had poured.

"I'm feeling better now." She said as she perched on the stool, yelping slightly at the coolness on her bare skin.

"Good. Zak said you were really sick last night. But you have a nice healthy glow now." Aaron teased her with his eyebrow raised. She blushed slightly before looking away causing Aaron to laugh.

"Well we need to get on the road. Do you want to ... ah...get changed?" Jay said from where he was spooning yoghurt into his mouth.

"Yeah, come one Anne." He said grabbing her by the hand and pulling her to his room.

She stopped at the threshold, causing him to stop with her.

"Are you sure you want me to come tonight? I mean look what happened last time." She said fearfully. He placed both hands on her shoulders and looked her in the eyes.

"You will be safe with us. As long as we don't put you in a room on your own." He said. Sighing she grabbed her clothes to get changed.

The location they had gone to was a house on a quiet cul-de-sac. She couldn't imagine anything happen in this quiet area, let alone a haunted house.

"We are here at the Barnes resident." Zak said as he spoke to the camera that Aaron was holding, "The family here need help. Their children have been attacked by and unseen entity." He turned to look at the house before he spoke again. "I have seen lots of things, but when children are being attacked it pisses me off." He said as Aaron knocked off the camera.

Anne was of the same mind as Zak. A child being attacked was a bad thing. While her and her ex had never had children she always knew that if it happened she would protect them. She found herself looking at Zak. He would definitely protect his own children.

As they entered the home she felt the chill of trepidation as it flowed over her skin. For some reason she was petrified and she didn't know why? She sat in the background away from everyone while Zak interviewed the parents. The latest attack had happened last night and the child had three scratch marks and bruises appear on her skin. She was barely 6 years old and already she had been touched by something that no one could see. Anne recalled the three scratches on her back and shuddered. She hoped it wasn't a sign of something to come.
