"Good morning." She said sweetly, feeling a lot more awake than her counterpart. She was positioned under his right arm, face nestled into his neck. Feeling his lips on her forehead, she then heard a mumbled response.
"Mornin' my love." She couldn't help but smile. Sleepy Joe was probably her favourite kind, especially in the morning when his hair was all messy. Reaching up with her hand, she gently stroked his cheek, wanting to be able to imprint the sight she had in front of her in her mind.
"It's almost 9, what do you want to do today?" She asked quietly, aware that he wouldn't appreciate her using her normal voice when he'd just woken up.
Squeezing her tighter, he slowly opened his eyes to meet hers. "Can we just stay here a bit longer? I want to make the most of my lie-in, and you're also alright to cuddle."
"Alright? Is that all?" She giggled before quickly kissing his bare shoulder.
"Okay, you're adequate. Is that better?"
"Fine, I'll take that. You still haven't answered my question though."
"How about we have a lazy day, but then this evening, I'll take you out. How does that sound?" He said whilst yawning.
"That sounds very secretive, Joseph, but I'm looking forward to it. I think my might just close my eyes for a bit longer."
"Good idea." His eyes began to shut as well. "Thank you for last night, by the way."
She could feel the heat rising to her cheeks, knowing she was going very red. Pushing herself off of him, she connected their lips in a lingering kiss, before moving back to their previous position. "My pleasure."

Joe knocked on her door, nervously. He was apprehensive about being caught by the paparazzi, knowing that they couldn't show their affection for each other, in fear of it being the main headline.
The door slowly opened, so he brought the bunch of lilies he had from behind his back, and displaying them to the one he loved. "Joe, they're beautiful!"
"Just like you then." She swooned at his words.
"I have to say you don't look too bad yourself, although I have to say I was anticipating seeing you in a suit." She said guiding him through to the kitchen.
"I thought I'd save that for Pride of Britain to tomorrow." He replied, cheekily smiling at her. Examining the look on her face, he asked a question. "You've forgotten about that, haven't you?"
"Maybe." She shyly looked down at the ground, which seemed out of character for her.
"Just to let you know you're very welcome round my place to get ready." He edged nearer to her, so he was gently rubbing her back. She looked at him, a worried expression now evident on her face. "What's the matter?"
"I think, uh, I think I'm just scared about going out in public with you. People will assume things, and I don't want it to be broadcasted everywhere."
"We'll just have to look like two friends, going out for a friendly meal. I promise you, it'll be fine." He didn't even manage to convince himself that it would be.
"I just want to enjoy my evening with you, not having to worry about who's watching and what we're doing." She admitted. They were now stood in a typical slow dance position, his hands around her waist and hers around his neck.
"We will enjoy it. I will just have to imagine in my head that we're holding hands." He leaned in. "And I'll just have to imagine doing this." He almost caught her by surprise when their lips met, but she soon relaxed into it, wishing that she could stay like this forever. Pulling away, she laughed. "What? What's so funny?"
