The Avengers crowded around the machine anxious to see the results. Nobody was even breathing.
Ding a green light appeared as the computer stated the results. Everyone froze.
It was Peters blood. Everyone's eyes started to prickle with tears again. It was silent, dead silent. Nobody knew what to say. Their peter had a low chance of being alive. Very low. Like lower then a 1% chance. Basically, he was dead.
Then they heard screams and a boom outside. They walked to the window they saw people running away from around the corner.
Steeb put his hand on tony " let's go see what's happening it will take your mind off peter" they all suited up. With what just happened they would fight harder and stronger grieving the death of their beloved peter.
As they came outside and around the corner they heard a gunshot. They turned to see nobody was hurt. But what they did see shocked them and they wanted to fight even harder.
They saw the new spider. All black, standing there waiting for them.
