Chapter 17

It's been three days after they went to the clerk's office.

Rio and Jennie are happy that Kelly chose them. On the other hand Rio and Jennie have been closer since then.

Sadly Jun went back to his father's home. Rio insisted his brother to let him stay for a while, but he resist since Rio had other obligation to do.

Kelly is playing with Rio in the living room. While Jennie is reading her romance book out in the balcony.

"Daddy hahaha" Kelly screamed as Rio carried her and tickle her little tummy. He carry her down to the couch and opened the tv for Kelly to watch. He puts in Barbie DreamHouse and Kelly squeeled happily. Rio smiled and kissed her forehead.

Rio notice Jennie standing up and looking the view. It was time to tell Jennie that he will court her. So he walked quietly not making any sound at all. As he got closer, he hugged her from behind, placing his head on her shoulder. Jennie felt his comfort and smiled.

"What are you thinking?" Rio asked. Jennie sighed. "I'm just thinking, whether Kai will get Kelly away from me... from us." She said. "Hey don't think that way. Look, Jennie, don't worry about it too much. We got Kelly now. She's happy that she is with you... With us. Kelly is like my daughter and I want to treat her like one. I will do anything just to protect you two, alright?" She turned around and gave Rio a tight hug. "I love you" she said whispering and smiled at Kelly who is happily watching tv. "I love you too Jennie" Rio smiled.

They parted the hug and Rio held Jennie's hands. "Jennie?" He said. She hummed. "I know this is too early to say or maybe your not ready, but can I court you?" He said.

On the other hand, Jennie's heart is beating madly. But she didn't want Rio to court her. She wanted more than courting.

"No.... " she said and let go of Rio's hand. Rio's smile faded and couldn't think straight anymore. "W-why?" he said. Word's cursing his mind why Jennie rejected him. "Jen---" he was about to talk but Jennie cut him. "Rio... I don't want you to court me because....I want to be your girlfriend" she smiled. Hearing what Jennie just said made him jolt in happiness. He didn't expect this to happen so early, but he knew Jennie wanted this.

"Jennie Kim, Will you be my girlfriend?" Rio asked just to make sure. "YESS!!" she said and looked into Rio's brown eyes. They were having a eye contact, but in a lovely way. Kelly heard her mummy shout, she struggled to go down but manage to step safely and run towards the balcony.

"Mummy?" she said when she saw Jennie and Rio looking at each other. She run towards them and pulled Rio's shirt to get his attention. "Daddy~~" Rio looked down and saw Kelly pulling his shirt. "Yes baby?" he knelt. "W-why was mummy shouting? Did you fight?" tears building up from her eyes. They both laugh.

He carried Kelly into his arms and kissed her cheeks. "No, me and mummy didn't fight. I told her something that made her shout" he said softly. "What did you say?" she asked.

Rio smiled and looked at Jennie and she nod. "Well... Your mummy accepted me to be her boyfriend.." He told her. Kelly widen her eyes and squealed. "Yayyyy!!" she flops her arm up. Jennie and Rio laughed.

Rio wrapped his other arm on Jennie's shoulder and placed a kiss on her head. "I love you" He looked at Jennie and then Kelly. "We love you too daddy!" they said at the same time, and they all started laughing.

Kai Pov

I need a plan, so I can take Jennie and Kelly away from that bastard. How dare he. He does not have the right to be Kelly's father because I AM!

I gulped down my wine and pour another one. I am in total anger right now. Jennie will be mine, and no one belongs to her but ME! I love her and she loves me.

I want to kill that LIMARIO!! For how many years, he still has the guts to come near what's mine! I knew he only wanted Jennie's attention back then, because he liked her two. Now he's taking revenge to get her again and I won't let that happen.

A smirk formed my lips and I know what I'm going to do. I straight up drink the wine down my throat, giving me that sensation. I chuckled at myself. "Just wait and see Limario~~" I said in a deep tone.
