(Asher's POV)
I finished packing and went to check on the gang
(A/N Asher's gang lives together in one house)
They were all downstairs and said they were done packing so we decided to watch a movie.
(Annie's POV)
I finally finished packing and put my suitcase in the corner of my room. My dad came upstairs yelling. I panicked.
(A/N Billy is Annie's dad)
"And where do you think you're going?" He questioned.
"I-I already told you..." My breathing became shallower by the second.
He smelled like pure alcohol and I realized he was drunk.
"You didn't tell me shit," He spat out. "And for that, you know what's going to happen."
I shuddered at the thought. "I told you, that w-we were leaving-"
My dad cut me off by dragging me downstairs in front of the door.
He punched, then tripped me onto the floor, kicking my stomach multiple times, then speaking.
"Next time, you tell me."
"Yes dad."
I started coughing up blood, and he laughed purely out of entertainment. Dad then left as I blacked out.
(Jayden's POV)
I finished packing and called the gang. I told them we should meet up at Annie's house, and they agreed.
When we arrived at Annie's house, we didn't bother knocking, considering we had been friends for years. When we opened the door, we saw Annie.
(Jayden's POV)
"ANNIE!" I yelled, kneeling next to her and tears threatened my eyes.
"Ok, I'm going to go get the first aid kit, Hayden, get a bucket of water." Johnny ordered. I saw everyone panicking and rushing around.
(Annie's POV)
Opening my eyes, I saw a couple of blurry faces hovering over me.
