(Annie's POV)
The gang arrived and we started talking.
Annie: Where were you guys hiding?
Jayden: We pretended to be janitors
Armani: It was hard
Kenzie: John and I hid in an alley
Johnny: Yup
The rest of the gang told us where they went. We all took off our jackets and Asher and I started to cook. We made pasta cuz why not?
Asher: Food's ready!
Annie: Its already served so get your lazy heads up!
Ashannie: Now!
Everybody shot up from the couches.
Lauren: Gosh! Calm down
Lilia: Take a chill pill
And she handed us an invisible pill. Classic.
Greg: Alright! Pasta!
William: I thought Lauren and I were the chefs.
Asher: Were filling in for you guys.
We all sat down and started eating.
Annie: So, we understand you guys are tired...
Asher: But one day the police are gonna find where we are hiding.
Annie: So... Were going to have to split up for a while.
Asher: Meet up every month to get supplies.
Jayden: What are the groups?
Annie: Gangs...
Everyone: WHAT!
Kenzie: Were splitting...
Asher: Look-
Lilia: Who are the leaders...?
Annie: Asher and I...
Jayden: So ima have to split from Armani?!
Annie: No, no.. Only Asher and I are... We can do long distance...
Asher: We hope..
Lilia: Ann's...
I took a deep breath and sighed.
Annie: Lauren, William, Jayden, and Armani, your coming with me.
Asher: Kenzie, Johnny, Lilia, and Greg, with me.
Johnny: When do we leave...?
Asher: Day after tomorrow...
Annie: So lets make the most of it.
Asher: Alright-
We heard police sirens and we all ran out back. We had a basement that was covered in fake grass. We all went into the basement and sat quietly until we heard no more sirens or footsteps outside.
