Gerard's POV:

YASS MY ARM'S BETTA!! Oh and it's been three weeks since Frank and I started writing and playing, we officially got down the song we originally wanted to play for Autumn. I haven't heard any news about her though, I hope she's okay...

There's supposed to be a football game and we're in marching band so tomorrow night and Frank and I are performing, in the front row.

As I put my trumpet down, Frank gets up from his drum and walks over to the fridge to get a soda, then comes back and throws me a Dr. Pepper.

"Dude, I really don't want to do this. Like, I could careless that it's homecoming..."

"Yeah well, Mr. Harmin said that if we didn't perform, we'd lose half a letter grade..." And I can't fail that class, if I do they can kick me out next semester.

"So, are you gonna go to homecoming?" He looked at me expectantly.

"Ummmm. I really don't know," I always thought homecoming was just stupid and all guys do there is make-out with their girlfriends, and obviously, I don't have one, "are you?"

"Yeah, I'm going with a girl who I met a little while ago, I think her name was Madison." I was surprised Frank usually doesn't talk to girls he looks like he's gonna piss his pants when he tries xD

"Wow. You got yourself a girl! Damn. She hot?" I highly doubt it, but gotta ask.

"Umm, she's okay, I guess, man, we're just going as friends."

"Yeah. "'FRIENDS'" I tease.

"Shut the hell up. And let's get back to playing..." He's blushing and covering his face with his hair as he looks down, classic Frank, gettin' all shy on me...

"Ready. 1.2.3.4." He counts off, his voice frail but, strong, he's a strange dude, but he's my best friend so I gotta love him.

^*~*^

Frank's POV:

Gerard and I are practicing for the football game on Friday. Homecoming week. Great. The girl on the street that I bumped into a couple weeks ago, Madison, came up to me and asked if I wanted to go to homecoming with her, as friends, of course. And I was the idiot who said yes because I'm just that nice...

I put my sticks down and go grab a soda for Gerard and I, throwing him a Dr. Pepper on my way down to sit next to him.

"Dude I really don't wanna do this," He whines and sips his drink,"I could careless that it's homecoming."

*****im too lazy to write right now so you know how the conversation goes******

I started to blush as he commented on how we're just friends. It really sucked because I couldn't understand why I felt so awkward talking to Gerard about this. He's my best friend. And Madison is just one some girl, who I really don't know too well, fudge... Well gotta practice: "Ready.1.2.3.4."

*the next day at school*

Gerard's POV:

"So, bro, you don't wanna go or you don't gotta bae?" Chris cooed, he's one of the guys that I met in gym class and he's a total dick sometimes but cool some other times...

"Shut the fuck up," I hit him on the shoulder, "and it's both of those reasons."

"Whatever. A group of my friends are gonna go and pick up some chicks there, come with us. It'll be BOSS."

I laugh at that comment because he's just that one idiot who says things that are out of style to attempt to bring them back...

"Dude. No. No one uses "BOSS" anymore." Mocking his voice and making a stupid face.
