After their quick meal, Norman took her hand so she could hear the actors as they were filming the scene. While she was upset she couldn't see what was going on, every person there made sure to describe what was happening. Candace had left as she had been called into work but she promised she would be back soon.

"Hi, Sadi." She felt the seat shift as Andy came and sat next to her.

"Hey, Andy. Everything sounds good." She remarked as he laid a hand on her shoulder.

"So we were wondering if you wanted to be an extra? I've cleared it with Greg for you and Dixon to be in the background crowd if you like." She smiled, while she would never see the scene it would be a dream come true to be one of their extras.

"That would be lovely." She replied as he gave her a hand up to lead her towards where she could hear the sounds of people talking.

"Ross." He called to someone who was a distance away from them, "come and meet my friend Sadi." He said as footsteps ran up to them.

"Hi, Sadi." He reached for her hand so she could know where the handshake was.

"Hi, Ross." Oh my god, she was ready to die, Aaron was another of her favourite characters on the show. Not that she knew what he looked like as her sight had gone by then but she could imagine.

"So Ross can you take Sadi with you; Greg wants her in the background shot with Dixon but she needs someone with her to steer her around the people. I've got to get ready for the scene upfront." As Ross took her arm she felt Andy's hand leave her shoulder.

"Come on Sadi there are a couple of steps here." He said leading her towards an area in the middle of the crowd. She felt Dixon growl at her and wondered if he had seen people dressed as walkers. He always growled at the TV when they came on.

"Hush Dixon. It's just people dressed up." She said as she laid a hand against his neck.

"How did you know there were people dressed as walkers walking past?" He asked her as he stood her next to him where he could hold onto her arm

"He always growls at them on TV. I think they scare him." She said shrugging.

"Well I don't blame him, they scare me when they are all dressed up too." He said laughing

"Ok, everyone. Rick this is the first time you are seeing Negan after he killed Glenn. Negan, give us some of that swagger. Daryl makes sure you keep your head down; you need to protect your friends."

"Why does he speak to them with their character names?" Sadi asks the man next to her,

"It helps get them in character." He simply said before the director called "action".

She had so much fun being part of the scene. After the director called cut Andy, Norman and JDM came up to her.

"Well, I think you may melt the hearts of the fans," JDM said to her as he pulled her in for a hug,

"I don't know why I just stood there with my dog." She said laughing as another set of arms came around her.

"Trust me Sadi once they see you in the scene with Dixon they will be asking us all questions on who the girl with the dog is," Norman said as he gave her a squeeze.

"With you three hot guys there. I don't think so." She laughed. She had been nervous about meeting them all but her fear was unjustified. These men were so friendly it was hard to be in awe. Maybe if she could look at them it would be different but she only had her other senses to depend on.

"So I'm having a cast party at my house tonight; do you and your friend want to come?" Norman asked as he led her towards a place where she could rest.

"Um sure. You will have to give Candace your address so she can get us there though." She felt Norman shrug next to her.

"No need. Andy isn't drinking so he will pick the three of you up." Nodding her head she sat on the bench that Norman had helped her on.

"What do you look like now? Before my sight went you had short brown hair." She asked as she lifted her hands up. He helped place them on his face.

"Pretty much the same except my hair is longer and there is more grey in it." He said laughing. She used her hands to feel his face; it was still chiseled just the way she remembered it from the TV. Removing her hands she smiled up at him

"You are still very handsome though." She felt a hand being placed on hers as it stroked her thumb

"I'm not handsome. I still don't get why girls swoon and faint around me." He said as she felt him shrugging

"Of course you are handsome. You, Andy and JDM have the biggest fan group ever. I haven't seen JDM since he was in supernatural but I would assume he hasn't changed much."

"You are a supernatural fan too? Are you a Dean girl or a Sammy girl?" She blushed

"Dean girl. I was lucky enough to meet them both before and after my sight went." She sighed at the memory, "Jared and Jensen both recognized me from the first time and were shocked that I was blind. But they were so good; I had photos with them both and they helped point me in the direction of the camera before helping me walk out of the photo area."

"Yeah, they are nice guys. JDM had a barbecue and they bought their families." I could tell he was looking at me before I felt his hand stroke my chin. "So you probably get asked this a lot. But what is it like being blind." She sighed and moved her head slightly away

"It's hard. If I was born blind it wouldn't have made a difference. But I miss seeing the sky and just going for a walk. But I can't go anywhere without Dixon now. If I'm in a strange place I panic as not many people will stop and help you." She placed her hand on his where it was resting on his cheek. "I'd love to see my nephews smile or my daughters' eyes when she is watching the walking dead and drooling over Andy."

"You have a daughter." She nodded

"Yeah, she is 12 and lives with her dad. We were happily married until my accident and then he changed. He couldn't deal with having to look after me so we got divorced. I never hated him though as I understood how hard it was for him."

"But what about you? It must be hard for you too." She sighed but just shrugged

"Yeah but I've got to live with the hand I've been dealt with." She heard footsteps as they approached them, "Hey JDM."

"How did you know it was me." He southern drawl echoed in her ears.

"You drag your feet when you walk. You aren't the quietest walker either."

She heard him chuckle before he started talking,

"I just wanted to let you know that filming has finished for the day. Andy phoned Candace but she is stuck at work so you need to come home with Norman and me. She said she will bring you a change of clothes for the cast party." He lifted his hand so it rests against his cheek so she knew where he was. She was shocked to realize he was smiling

"Thank you."
