Ally was busy making sure she had packed everything she needed.  She was certain she would forget something. She did one final check of the house, she was worried she would leave something on, like the stove or flat iron. Mark was beginning to grow impatient, they needed to leave now, they couldn't risk missing their flight.

"Ally, Babe, come on, we have to go.  We can't miss this flight." He shouted, while searching through the house, trying to find her. She heard him she felt rushed. She hurried out to the hallway.

"Ok, ok I'm coming, I just had to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything." She said.

"Well, if you did it will be alright, we can get it in Virginia." He said.

"Yeah but what if I leave something on?" She said, he cut her off.

"Come on babe, please, Kim is going to keep a check on our houses.  It's going to be ok, but we have to go." He pleaded. She knew he was right, she grabbed her purse and a bag with some snacks, books, and magazines for the flight. She followed him to the car.  Corin and Gary were waiting outside to drive them to the airport.  Corin is shaking her head at Ally.

"You haven't changed a bit. It takes forever to get you out of the house, when you're leaving for a long time.  Remember that time we missed our flight to Jamaica? Huh do you remember that nightmare? Well yeah, let's move it toots." Corin said with  sarcasm.  Ally just looked at her and gave her a twisted grin.

"Ok, well let's go then, I'm getting in the car." Ally replied.  Mark was smiling at her, loving how quirky she could be at times, he was always happy to see her ruffled, it just released such sincerity, genuine honesty. Something most people don't possess. He knew how special this girl was, and he was excited for his family to meet her.  He knew they would love her as much as he did. Mark sat in the front of the car with Gary, who was driving. Corin and Ally sat in the back.  Ally was checking her wallet, making sure she had her I.D and debit, credit cards.  Corin smacked her hand.

"Girl, you are making me crazy! How many times have you checked that damn wallet?" Corin asked.

"Rinney, you know how I get, shut up and leave me alone. I just like being prepared." Ally said defensively. Mark, Gary and Corin laughed. She flicked Mark in the head, he laughed harder.

"Babe, you have to admit you get a little nuts, about this whole packing thing.  You re-packed my suitcase, because it wasn't "packed" correctly." He said, making the quotation sign when he said packed.

"It's not my fault, you don't know how to pack a suitcase. And you have to admit you were able to fit a lot more in there when I redid it." She argued. He laughed and agreed with her, he knew he would never win this one. He was ok with letting her have her way about this, it was so adorable to him.  He was so happy, happy that he was bringing his future wife home to meet his family.

Ally on the hand was a nervous wreck, she had never felt like this before. Never had this constant knot in her stomach. She didn't know what to expect, she didn't know if they would like her, or if she would like them. What if? She kept thinking, what if she didn't get along with his mother or sister, or all of them.  She knew she was doing it again, letting herself get inside her own head. She was over thinking things, like she always did. She was trying to calm herself down, she knew she had to keep it together.  The last thing she wanted to do, was to show up acting like a nut. She needed to keep her cool for Mark, she was really happy to meet his family.  She just couldn't stop thinking the worst. They were approaching the drop off at the airport.  Corin could sense her nervousness, she knew Ally was making herself crazy. She leans over putting her hand on Ally's. "Hey, they are gonna love ya Ally." She said, whispering in her ear. Ally gave her a sweet smile, it's exactly what she needed to hear.  She hoped Corin was right.
