I stayed at the back while waiting for the girls. A lot has been on my mind which mainly consists of jiyong.

As I watch them, I realize something. That's just his job and he's just good at it. Jiyong is still my Housemate jiyong. I felt bad for thinking so small of myself when he himself said I could be so much more.

I stood up and watched him with pride. I decided to cheer him on as he does for me but when I was about to go back with the girls someone blocked my way.

"Dara, nice to see you here." I awkwardly smiled at our trainer.

"A fan?" He asked, glancing at the stage then back to me.

"You can say that.." I mumbled my response and he leaned in. Invading my personal space.

"Come again? I can't hear you." His breath fanned against my neck

"I am." I said a little louder and stepped back.

"Are you alone?" He looked around to see if I was with someone.

"No. Bom and the others are in there, actually, I was just going back." I hope he gets the hint but of course not.

"Listen... we're not in the office, I'm sure it's ok to invite you over for a drink?" If I decline, is he going to fail me?

"I'm not sure..." I faltered, wanting to go

"It doesn't have to be today. I understand you're with the girls." He's persistent.

"We're still in training right? I'm not sure it's a good idea." Dude, it's my polite way of saying NO.

"Why not? We can go out as friends." He grinned.

"Really? Then we can invite the rest too?" I faked interest and he rubbed the back of his neck.

"I just want to get to know you better." He said, staring at me and I slowly nodded. Before I knew it, people are starting to disperse and I tiptoed to see the stage is now empty. I missed the chance to let him see me cheering loudly.

"There's not much to know really. You can ask me questions and I'll answer as long as it's appropriate." He licked his lips and nodded carefully

"Who's your favorite member?" My brows furrowed.

"You know, I'm kind of close with the members..." I fought the urge to raise a brow at him. I know a barber's story when I hear one.

"Really? Oh wow." I kept my poker face on to let him know I was being sarcastic but he just chuckled.

"I know. It's not something I usually brag about. They're humans too you know and I don't really see them as idols." I nodded thoughtfully.

"You're that close?" He grinned and even showed me a picture which looked like ages ago.

"I would love to take you backstage but they're busy people and I didn't wanna intrude." He seem believable. I give him that.

"Dara!" I heard chaerin call out to me and I waved them over.

"So.. I'll talk to you tomorrow?" He smiled and nodded to the others direction before stalking off.

"Let me guess. His invitations rejected and he says he's close with a celebrity you like?" Bom and I looked at chaerin in surprise.

"Same old tactics. But alot of girls still fell for it. I'm telling you, don't believe him." I snorted and bom scrunched up her face.

"You have no idea." Don't you just love the look you give to the people who lies to your face without knowing you already caught on their lie?

"Is he stupid or is he just full of confidence?" Bom scoffed and we were surprised with her outburst.

"He also flirted with me just so you know!" She flipped her hair and continued glaring at the way he went.

"Omg." I uttered. Minzy and chaerin stared at her wide-eyed.

"Ikr? The audacity of that guy. He even lured me!"

"You took the bait?" Chaerin snickered and bom pouted

"He said he was friends with tabi! And that he's going to have a party and he'll be there and he invited me but when I arrived, there's just two of us! Saying tabi had an important meeting to go to!" She fanned herself and huffed.

"And by the way, he's still chatting me. I didn't know he was still pursuing you, not that I have any intention with going out with him." She rolled her eyes.

"But I saw him with jessica the other day." Our mouths dropped at minzy's revelation.

"Maybe it's my karma for trying to get to meet tabi by any means. I promise to not do any underhanded tricks anymore! Just let have one date with the love of my life. It's all I ask!" Bom dramatically looked up the ceiling and I chuckled.

"And when it's granted, you wish for another that'll probably last a lifetime." She whined

"Fine. Can't we just be together?! Ugh." She groaned.

"You may..." minzy shrugged and bom's eyes sparkled with delight.

"What do you want? Tell me, I'll treat you." Bom linked her arms to minzy who shamelessly enumerated things whe wants.

"Are you ok?" Charein nudged me and I nodded

"I'm fine."

"You didn't seem so earlier." We followed after bom and minzy hand in hand, walking slowly.

"I was just being... dramatic." She chuckled

"How does seeing bigbang make you dramatic."

"I just thought how different we are. Their lives to ours." She snorted.

"Have you tried auditioning?" I was confused with her question but answered anyway.

"No."

"Then don't compare. If you think about it, they're not so different from us really. It's just that their lives are on display for the whole world to see."

"It must be stressful." I remember jiyong's crumpled papers and how he fall sleeps crouched down in front of his laptop.

"We already feel the pressure with our regular jobs, how much theirs? Where one mistake and you will be shunned. Where dating is a crime because apparently the fans owns you when it should be just the music in the first place, not the artist itself." Dating is a crime huh.
